Disappointing pizza. Crust was hard, over baked, weirdly shaped, and too thin. Toppings were placed all in the middle. Taste was not great. No issues with service other than they made a bad pizza. Not worth the money.

Half my order was missing so the other half got cold while I waited and they don’t wear gloves nor wash their hands. I saw an employee touch someone’s cooked pizza in the warmer with his bare hands.

i ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 9:00 pm and it was set to be delivered between 38-48 minutes. I called back at 10 pm to get put on hold for 5 minutes, and the employee tells me that he’s the only worker. The pizza didn’t come until 10:45 from a doordash driver, and it was cold. None of the pizzas was cut, one didn’t have the correct toppings, and look at the pepper ..

This pizza was thinner than the paper plate I had it on. It was thinner than Imos pizza. The crust was ridiculously thick. It’s like they didn’t know how to toss the dough before adding stuff to it. For the money that they charge,this was the most horribly made pizza, and they should be ashamed to sell this to anyone. Not to mention, it looked like I ordered a pizza to only include sauce. There was hardly any cheese, and for us to have ordered 3 toppings, it looked like their were 3 pieces of each meat.

Horrible Service. Late deliveries but lie on the “Track My Order” and say they delivered within the estimated time frame. Still takes an additional hour after that. Plus they deliver incomplete orders. You have to call them over 12 times for them to answer once you’ve placed an order. The line will automatically hang up on you after about 8 rings. Once you get you food it’s burned and cold. This is how my good was delivered w/o my soda, more 2 hours after I ordered.

There food is never made with effort Just recently I did not receive my food I called 12 times before I could get a manager everyone were rude the guy told me my food was being delivered twice didn’t receive anything and then he just did not care putting me on hold and lied multiple times about sending my food out then he finally said the driver already delivered it because he was tired of me calling. Pre ordered pizza 4 hours before delivery time. Called when pizza was 15 minutes late and was told I’d have it in 15 mins. Called again now 30 mins past scheduled delivery date and was told it could be an hour due to driver issues. Called again (was hung up on) and was told it’s be 15 minutes and had to be re-made. I cannot discourage anyone enough from not using this Papa John’s. I am going to also email corporate to inform them of the substandard performance of this store. I understand things happen but was lied to by the “manager” on duty multiple times. Oh….still no pizza….

At work, we ordered a 24 piece BBQ wing and an 8 piece buffalo ring; we received our order 45 MINUTES LATER but instead of an 8 piece, we were given a 6 piece with barely any sauce. I called and someone claiming to be the manager told me that we had ordered the last of the chicken and that they were unable to give us the 8 piece that we ordered because there wasn’t enough chicken BUT THEY STILL CHARGED OUR CARD FOR THE 8 PIECE!! She also said, and I quote, “we don’t drown our chicken in sauce, we just pour it over the top, so there’s nothing we can do about the sauce. ” I no longer wanted the order, just a refund and she didn’t offer one so now I’m complaining – all I wanted was what I paid for and this was not it!!
