We love DQ but our first time at this one. Not sure if we would go back, at least not for a while. We went inside. The food was great but the service was much to be desired. Not sure if they even spoke a word to us. The staff was rude and so very slow. I watched another customer come in, a lady who ate alone. She appeared to be sad, I felt so sorry for her…the staff could have made her experience more pleasant. I don’t expect friendship from the staff, but as a past owner of retail, the experience a customer has effects whether they come back.

Miriam was the nicest worker to deal with today. I cannot thank her enough for good customer service. I cannot say the same for the other employees and one of the supervisors and another female employee were being very rude to other customers that were being nothing but civil with the workers. While I didn’t have to deal with them thankfully I cannot say that for others and that really brought down the experience being there today. Hope your staff can learn a thing or two from Miriam or take at least some lessons on being kind to others some other way. You people clearly need it.

Very slow. Took forever to get our food and then they got our order wrong. Then they said they would bring our blizzard and Sunday out which they forgot about then had remind them twice. We finally got our ice cream after being there for about an hour. It did seem that there was only one or two employees doing most of the work running around. The others seemed lost.

Decided to get a blizzard and a cone and waited 45 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru. We thought there was hope when we were two cars back from the window but the one car in the front was there for over 25 minutes. When we got up to get our food, customer service was non-existent and no apologies for the wait at all.

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Service is horrible. They told me they couldn’t out the hot fudge on the side even though I have never had a problem doing that at any other Dairy Queen.

I asked for a hamburger and got a cheeseburger, which was fine.. happens all the time! When I asked for them to correct it, she said sorry and that I should have asked for a cheeseburger without cheese instead of a hamburger so it was basically my fault. They wouldn’t correct it and I had keep the cheeseburger.

Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, five cars ahead of me and the person behind me literally got their order before me (I ordered 3 cones). I then waited about another 5 minutes at the window to pay. They apologized, but I can’t help wonder if it’s an issue of mismanagement.
