The problem with Dunkin it’s so busy and you as a worker need to work in an environment where it’s quantity not quality..The girl doing my hash browns and wrap is so stressed that she doesn’t have Time to even hand you the bag, just throws it on the counter n says your name. Then you get the wrap and it looks like a hot mess. Actually looked like someone took a bite out of it. Hard to have customer service. I get it but geez we don’t want our bags thrown, we want a hello and have a nice day etc.. but how do you have time to do that when you have 15 people to do their food. Just sucks.

It’s a standard Dunkin. I stop by on occasion when I want a coffee before a long trip and the location is convenient. They messed up my drink order once (I ordered a macchiato but they have me drip coffee), but I think that was an isolated incident because it hasn’t happened again.

Worst dunkin ever, the staff is not in synch nor have they been thought how to be professional when speaking to customers. They need to level up on there customer services skills. The only reason this location is making production is due to the lack of either more dunkins or starbucks being nearby.

Unfortunately being the most convenient location to me I have to use it. 11/10 times they mess up your order. I spend a lot of money at dunkin and expect very little in return. They have never made a hot latte taste like a hot latte. They always seem inconvenienced and under staffed even with a crowd of employees always visibly in the kitchen.

Used to go to this Dunkin a few years ago & stopped because they could never get my order right. So several years later, let’s try it again. Gotta have better people by now. NOPE. Still got my order wrong & that was after waiting at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes for one of the 5 people to come over & take my order.
