I placed a delivery order on Friday that I never received. The delivery driver told me to contact the store, provided me the number so they could void the sale and I can get refunded. I called the store, they told me it was voided by the manager on duty on Friday. I asked him for proof of the void, a receipt and to have it sent to my email. Never received a email. Contacted them back again Friday. He emailed me an original receipt not the receipt that my transaction was voided. Fast forward today, the transaction was posted, no refund and they charged for the tip for the delivery on an order I never received! I called the store 08/07 and spoke with Davon who was extremely rude. He was also the manager. Hung the phone up on us, refused to provide his name and stated he would not help us. He asked for our number 6 times and got annoyed that we asked if he could hear us. He then said he would have to void the sale because it was never done. We knew his name because his employee was calling him after he hung on us 3 times and refused service, refused his contact info as well. Very unprofessional. Based on the comments, this location is getting over on people. He also threatened to put me on a list of people who can’t order Jimmy John’s again because I was trying to get my issue resolved. I will be contacting the DM and getting this situation rectified. Never order here.

I should have learned my lesson and read previous reviews, but I ended up ordering for delivery. It’s been over an hour since I’ve ordered. It’s not even a 10 minute drive, haven’t gotten my food yet. It’s been “out for delivery” for almost an hour itself! This will be the last time I ever order from this location. Listen to all of the bad reviews, not sure how this location stays in business.

After a long day of traveling we were looking forward to a nice sub sandwich so we ordered our food to be delivered. Website said 20-30 minutes. Told them to call and I would meet the driver at the lobby door. Waited 35 minutes then I called the store directly. Was told the order was voided because they didn’t have a delivery driver today. $57.”” Went on my credit card- manager said they were crediting me $44 then we I questioned where the credit for the tip was he said he would credit me $54. Where the hell is the credit for the other 3 plus dollars? I ordered thru Uber eats so I guess I still have to pay their fee. This was the jimmy John’s on Shadeland ave close to the Sleep Inn.

They locked the doors to the store at 7:30.. As I approached the store the chairs was on the table as well as the sign lights was off.. The workers was just looking at me walk up an walk away. They need to adjust the hours to close at 7 since nobody wants to work the full shift but get paid.

Listen i went in today for three sandwiches made changes to one of the three which was make it an unwhich add onions and hot peppers.. when they called my order I literally asked the man do you have my onions and peppers he said yes. do you know when I finally opened the sandwich there weren’t onions nor hot peppers and when I called the restaurant they said they had been out of onions since six but I had placed the order at 5:15 then said well those items are technically free so if they are missing its an oh well or you can bring it in for me to refix (no onion) is not a refix but if you were out of onion why don’t I have hot peppers. The conversation ended with there is nuthing I can do you didn’t pay for those items as they were free add ons even though you asked for them

These guys can make a sandwich FAST! My son likes to modify the “Standard BLT” and they get it correct every single time. Service during lunch time is quick and efficient. The staff is pleasant, and the line workers recognize repeat customers and interact with them appropriately.
