Went last night ordered 2 meals was told to pull over and wait for them to be ready. Meals was brought out and got dropped next to my truck. Was ask if I still wanted it. After saying no it was taken back inside and less then minute later I had another meal. Once I got home and opened it I could tell she just dumped it in another box, biscuit was busted up and there was some actual dirt on the food also everything was laying on top of the napkins. I had a sandwich for dinner. DO NOT GO THERE

Showed up at 9:20 pm. 40 minutes before close. Told me they could not make sandwiches. Had nothing but dark meat chicken. How does a business operate like this? No food at a food establishment. I get the feeling it is more of a not wanting to do work but who could say? Would not recommend

Rock Hard Ride Free
I like me some Bojangles but not from this location. It’s a fairly new location and it’s sanitation score is already down to 94.5. When you get your order it’s clear the employees don’t care about delivering a good fresh product. B,E and C biscuits were old and smashed with 2 crumbled strips of bacon. There was one napkin in the bag for 2 orders and when you get to the window there are 3 employees standing around with arms folded or looking at their phone. Not busy at all. Would be a good time to work on that sanitation score. The attitude of your employees trickles down from management. Will not be back here!

The young man who took our order inside was very polite he had long hair in a ponytail. He realized they were out of cheese sticks after we had already paid and called us up to the counter and stated we may pick something else in place of the cheese sticks as he was unaware they were out. He then told the lady who appeared to be in charge that he wasn’t sure how to ring it up. Instead of her showing this young man how to do it she proceeded to raise her voice at him and says ” what do you mean, just push the button”. The young man explained he had never done that before and he wasn’t sure what a “make it right button was”. He looked up and apologized In complete embarrassment because the women had just yelled at him infront of patrons in the dining room. Myself and a manager from Publix both looked at each other and stated that was absolutely no way to treat a fellow employee. Even my 13 year old daughter asked me why the lady yelled at him like that. The food was great and I hope this young man with the long hair in a pony tail knows that he did a great job handling our order that day and for not walking out and quitting his job for how he was treated because I could not work for someone who doesn’t have people skills.

I would not give a star but I can’t publish until I choose a star. My boyfriend and I came to eat a late lunch at this location. First of all the food was good. My complaint is the female manager! What a rude person! She was pushy while I was giving my order and while I was asking questions about a menu combo. She cut me off and wanted me to rush my order. The restaurant score of 89 didn’t catch my attention until we paid. While eating we heard the same woman being rude to the next 3 people coming in. One even had a question about the menu. The manager was rude to her. I will not come back here until management changes and service is better.

I paid $24.70 for an 8 piece chicken and a large fry. The biscuits were burnt and the chicken was dry, you can tell it had been sitting under the light for a while. Why are people so lazy. Why would someone even allow someone to purchase. I should’ve checked before leaving the drive through. Check your food before leaving. Too bad I can’t get my money back, I just threw it in the trash due to it being an hour or so ride to take it back. That’s absurd and disgusting!

Bojangles you need to cook your food, the quality has gone down hill. I ordered a couple of your sausage/egg biscuits and the biscuits are not done, they taste doughy. The sausage was pale, not cooked properly.
