Poor quality of food. Ordered a southwest salad and a chicken club sandwich before our flight. Salad greens had mostly iceberg with little romaine. Diced tomatoes, and little amount of tortilla strips and cheese was included with a chicken breast (best part of the salad) It definitely was not what the menu described it to be. For what I paid for it I thought it was a horrible buy.

Waiting for our plane. Decided to stop in for a cocktail. Ordered a double maker’s mark and coke. Oh boy did that hit the spot! I did not try the food. But the drinks were nice and strong. 20 bucks for a double tho. Still cheaper and better than Cure bar.

On the To-go side they literally will ignore you until they finish their conversation. Then take your order. I only wanted a snack so I got the egg rolls. They were yummy! But I believe they need some customer service training if they want their reviews to be higher.

Rarely do I ever give bad reviews because of the hard working people in the restaurant business and the sometimes low reward. However I have been to this Chili’s several times and each time I walk away at how you and other customers are treated. They actual ignore you even when the seats are empty. You actually have to flag them down to order something or get your check or they ignore you. I really don’t think these people behind the counter actual like people.

I ordered the casesar salad to go. Service was quite slow but staff were friendly. The salad was basic. Overall fresh though there were a few pieces of bad lettuce mixed into my salad.

My partner and I came for a quick bite to eat and a drink before the flight, wasn’t super busy it was a Tuesday afternoon we had about 50 minutes to spare before boarding our flight. It took a few minutes to get a server to put in the order, drinks came fast. We ordered a few appetizers (chips and fried items), waited about 30 minutes and never even got the chips and queso delivered. We tell them please bring the food to go because our flight is boarding soon. They continue to take forever, we wait 10 more minutes, our flight is boarding at this point and I’m starting to panic because we hadn’t eaten, and just spend $75 on drinks and food. They brought out chips and salsa to go and told us the food was coming, it did not come. We had to leave without the food we paid for so we didn’t miss our flight. This location needs to understand they are in an airport people can’t wait forever for their food.

Ordered breakfast tacos and a waffle with sausage that included FRIUIT. FOR THE 2 year old. Our drinks came in 10 mins and then nothing for 40. When we asked again our cold tacos came out. We hashed where the other meal was and the got just the waffles no sausage no fruit. When we asked the girl said they didn’t have fruit today. I suggested the compensate us for part of the meal we paid for and didn’t get. The less than intelligent server said “ it’s not separate it’s a meal so I can’t just give back the money”. Finally left to catch our plane. From now on I’ll check reviews for airport food if I know ill men needing to eat. Worst airport experience ever. Do better CHILI’s!!!

Waitress was rude. Did not have coffee or iced tea. Only “Coke” products. They were out of most everything. Ordered Chips and Queso and husband ordered boneless wings. Chips were mostly crumbs. I believe that I got food poisoning. Ate there last night and am still suffering this evening.

Horrible and rude service. I have dietary restrictions and asked if they would take my order. Ashley refused and said to use the QR code. Both my husband’s order and mine came back wrong ( he asked for no tomato, I ordered a bacon burger, no cheese, no bun. It came with cheese. When I tried telling her the order was wrong she said she would get her manager because she “didn’t like my attitude”. The manager came out and just made the excuse that the system didn’t say no cheese on their side and wasn’t going to correct it until I told her I couldn’t eat it the way it was. Then they took it back and brought me a plain burger with nothing not even the bacon. When asked to bring the bacon for the burger, it was never received. Don’t eat here if you have dietary issues.

Waited and waited for a seat. They said it was first come first serve and people were literally shoving each other for a seat. Ridiculous to treat your customers like that. In the end I was happy I walked away because everyone said how bad the food was as well.
