If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. There’s always an issue with something. Never have I ever gone through the drive through, just handed over my payment and then at the next window be handed my food. It’s always sorry something is wrong; the store is flagging people down outside to tell them to leave, they tell you to pull up to the next window when you have already been waiting for 15 minutes, you ask for a simple straw that they forgot to hand you and you get attitude. It’s one thing if someone is having a bad day, we all have them from time to time but the consistent nonsense coming from this location is absolutely absurd. It’s fast food, it’s not supposed to be this difficult.

I was just there and my husband and I tried to order Mcmuffins that were the 2 for $5 deal, they were out of them. So we ordered McGriddles and first of all they weren’t wrapped as they should have been as they fell apart in the bag and neither of them had cheese or egg on them. Just the mcgriddle buns and the meat. Last week we waited a half hour for food to be made and no one had any personality or people skills. When I tried to call the phone gave a busy signal and hung up numerous times.

I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one helped me, so I went inside to find the workers all laughing and goofing around. Then the car that was waiting behind me in the drive thru came to the window to place their order. I had to wait for them to place there order, because only one POS system was open, before I could place mine, even though I had gotten there before them. Overall, took 15 minutes to get my food.

Went thru drive thru. Got order, checked it before I left. Drove around showed the person at the window how horrible my burger looked. Was overcooked mustard and Ketchup was covering the outside of the bun. Asked for a new one. Before giving it back. I placed my thumb print on bottom of bun to see if they would give back same one. Sure enough they gave me same Burger back and young lady and the lady that said she was the Manager gave me attitude when I pointed out my thumb print on the bottom of the bun they just gave me. I was then told they can’t give me another Burger because I intentionally ruin the Burger they gave me the second time. After explaining the situation wit my thumb print. I ended up leaving wit No food and No Refund. Never Will I Ever Go here Again.
