Over the last year I have Visited this McDonald’s location many times this location has many problems I have received dry burgers fries that are cold But today Was the last straw I went in there ordered a meal and Proceed to pay with my debit card the machine said chip card error and it felt like there was something stuck in it so I continued to try the machine did not give me the option to swipe the card when I Asked the merchant to manually entered my card he refused I was forced to leave without food what was even worse was I used the same debit card Before & After this incident meaning that the problem was the card reader At no point did the employee acknowledge that there was a problem with this they simply turned me away and the interaction was overall a negative experience

should have sued this place when i was a little kid. gave me a milkshake with motor oil or oil in it from the machine. made me sick u could visibly see the oil in the milkshake. i was with my dad and my brother.

I ordered a large Iced Carmel Machiato excuse the spelling. EXTRA CARMEL. I got my drink with NO Carmel. I asked the lady where’s the Carmel? She took the drink and not sure what she did and she gave it back. I said I asked for extra Carmel? She took the drink back and swirled it around and gave it back. I said this just looks like an iced coffee. She then told me that this is how she makes them and apparently never puts any Carmel in the Carmel drink? So then I politely asked for my money back. She proceeds to take the drink and yell at the people in the back. I heard her slightly say “oh?” Then she got real quite. A minute later she came to the window with the correct drink and said “How’s this!?” No apology not one ounce of remorse for her mistake. Now people I understand this is McDonald’s and only an iced coffee but this service is uncalled for. I’ve been in the retail business and there’s no need. So I’m short I won’t go back there for my iced coffee and I’m sorry for all the people before me who never received their Carmel.

I only used the bathroom and bought a bottled water but I have to say I was super impressed with the staff as they all wore masks, and the bathroom was extremely clean as was the restaurant. Kudos to the manager for this.

Haven’t been to a McDonalds in a while. Was in Pacifica, suddenly craved some fries, which sparked memories of how good McDonald’s fries were when I was young. Walked in, they now have touch screens. Ordered a Filet o Fish, a Quarter Pounder meal and upgraded to a shake. This is all electronic, so they supposedly know what’s in your order, right? My number came up, the bag contained a Filet o Fish and they gave me the shake. Where’s the Quarter Pounder, where’s the fries? More numbers go by, my order hasn’t been completed. The white haired man looked at me, why aren’t you leaving? My order isn’t complete, isn’t it printed out?!? He looks at the bag goes in back. Puts some fries in the bag. Where’s the Quarter Pounder? It’s under the Filet o Fish. The fries (I ordered Medium) were barely warm and were hard, obviously sitting under the ‘heat’ lamp for a long time. Are fries valuable? Because they barely gave any of these nasty fries. The sandwiches were/are literally the size of the plain hamburger. Sad. This is what McDonalds is now? 2 tiny sad sandwiches, a shake and barely any nasty fries for $21? The attitude of the server just added to the bad experience.
