Roger and the closing crew on Sunday 7/30/2023 gave us the best service! My husband did not tip, I was so impressed with the food I called the store in Ontario, Ohio to tell them how good it was and that I would be stopping by to tip them today and apologized that he did not! Thank you for your excellent service and food!!!

I have loved penn station for years but I can’t seem to get a simple sub correct lately.

Our family today had a great experience and great food! Bobby had a great attitude and was also kind enough to come around and ask us how our food was or if we needed anything. 10/10 for us and we can’t wait to go back again!

They get one star because the food is actually good. But the service is pretty awful. I waited for 10 minutes on my online order and the food was sitting there the whole time. They don’t seem to know how to prioritize their orders and package them so you can grab and go once it’s complete. I asked them to reheat my $14 sub and was looked at like I was nuts. It shouldn’t be a big deal to expect warm food. Letting customers sit and wait for no reason is unacceptable. Poor management and staffing on multiple visits will ensure I don’t come back. Too many other options to have to deal with poor customer service.

Ordered a cold cut sub, postage stamp size lettuce, one round ring of onion and one slice of tomato on a 6 inch white bread sub. $9.00… never again. I know produce cost is high but that’s ridiculous.

Not only was it an excellent sub, The one worker (Bobby) made the time I had there feel welcomed. He’s got a great attitude, and unlike most people he actually talks to you. Very pleased experience! Give that man a raise!!

If ol boy wants to be mr. speed, maybe pay attention to what you’re ringing up instead of berating customers and then still making the order incorrect and then serving me a tray off a carry out. Bush league

Great customer service however they are young and inexperienced so if you have any food allergies PLEASE express the urgency of the matter repeatedly to ensure that you don’t get the items on your sandwich anyway. Definitely a tasty sub with lots of meat, a little shy on the cheese and waaaay more pricy than say Subway. 25$ bucks for two to eat.

Super super super upset w this location. My mother and I just went there this afternoon and got a large and a regular sub. They came out and were the exact same sizes, so we asked why. Ashton was nothing but rude. She immediately leaned over the counter and tried yanking my moms receipt off of our basket and realized it was mine that needed fixed and ripped mine off. There was a sweet lady who took our order and cashed us out who then proceeded to tell us the GM will not be in all week, while Ashton said she would be in tomorrow. The 5-6 employees were talking about us in the kitchen the entire duration of us eating, Ashton screamed at one lady to “go grab that girls regular sub and throw it away” and she was very rude about it. She then said she will just remake me a 4 inch sub and i can keep the regular one I have. When we went to leave, all employees were in the office calling the GM to tell her what happened, then told us we could call Bethany ourselves, so we tried but they were on the phone with her at the time. There was also a man working who brought out our replacement sub and when he did we asked if we could have the Gm’s name and number and he looked at us, turned around and proceeded to the kitchen and ignored us. My mom then tried to apologize to the lady who was being nice and ended up crying because she said “she didn’t want to get in trouble”, but the blonde lady wouldn’t let us speak to the lady to apologize and they ignored us and went into the office. The fact that they were all “managers” working and they all allowed each other to treat their customers the way they did, is beyond me. I also work in food and am a manager at my restaurant and I would NEVER treat my customers the way I was treated today.
