One employee here is very rude and unfriendly she looks like she is not happy with her job, but is not the customer fault, I wish I know her name but I’m going to post a picture of her, I placed an mobile order and waited in the store like 20 minutes when there was no more customer I asked her are you working in a mobile order and she answered me with a really bad attitude wait over there I told her don’t give attitude I asked because I’ve been wanting for 30 minutes here if you don’t like your job just quit. worse experience in a dunkin donut.

So today 5/11/2023 I went in with my father and my family my father was hugging his girlfriend and she told him you can’t do that in here with an attitude she was non friendly and also very disrespectful giving us dirty looks and everything I feel like these type of people shouldn’t have these jobs if they can’t respect, clearly this Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t know how to hire the right people , this will be my last time me or my family or my friends will be going to this location period

I went in today 8/5/21 and I received terrible and rude costumer service, it was a tall guy that was working there alone around 7pm and one I walked in I greeted him nicely and he greeted me very rudely along with an attitude. Also my coffee wasn’t even full all the way and he told me it was because I asked for less ice , I get this drink on the regular and it’s usually full. Not very satisfied.

This is by far the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. The workers there are NOT trained at all in their job or customer service. I came here to use my free drink on a large macchiato and I ordered a latte as well as a hot chocolate, when I tried using my free drink coupon they used it for the hot chocolate and not the macchiato. She refused to use it on the macchiato and refused to cancel the order so that my coupon could be used for the macchiato. Both of the ladies there gave me an attitude not to mention they gave me the wrong drink the first time. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with
