Almost every time I order they don’t have something that I ordered. It’s almost $8 for a box of 25 munchkins. I placed my mobile order and went to pick it up. Was told they didn’t have enough and it wasn’t even the kind I wanted. Then was told to come back tomorrow and get them. I don’t need 25 munchkins tomorrow, I needed them TODAY. The lady then said “oh sorry.” And that was it. So needless to say, I left without my munchkins and $8 taken off of my card for an item I didn’t receive. I will not be going to this location again. I’d rather go out of my way to a location I know is going to have what I order when I order it.

I just went by Dunkin and a young girl gave me a look that could kill because I asked for a tray. The young man went get a tray and she proceeded to tell me they had no sugar or cream in the store. AND proceeded to tell me that I was holding up her line..i told her she was rude and she WALKED away from a paying customer. I don’t want anyone fired..but she needs lessons on how to work with customers..

The staffs are awful, it’s pretty obvious they don’t want to be there or even serve the customers — Staffs are very rude! Every time I go to grab my usual iced coffee they make you wait a while. Most of the time they’re 50% out of their drinks or pastries.

Coffee are always made right but the parking lot is a disaster. It’s a tight space with a ton of traffic at times. The bathroom inside was atrocious (toilet paper lined the seat and urine everywhere) and one was “out of order”. Hope that was a one time incident

Definitely the worst Dunkin Donuts in Fall River. I order on the app and go there almost every day. The staff is very rude and my order is always wrong, And they never want to look at the receipt they always think I’m lying! Boycott this location definitely. So I was reading orher comments about 5 years ago all 5 stars, not anymore, doesn’t the Manager or company read these and do something about it

Best location ever!! The line can be out to the street but still moves quicker than any other Dunkin with only few cars in line. Friendly, and never mess up orders!! Morning shift by far are the best and extremely nice!! (Especially Onida!!)
