Understaffed in the “dining room”. The business model is, “give them their bag and hope they leave”. The priority is electronic order and drive through and please just leave! The napkin dispenser(one) is always empty. Management does not allow it to be filled. I learned this from their “WE CARE” hot line. This dismal review applies to both Weston stores at Indian Trace and Weston road, because they are managed by the same “ WE CARE” team. The positive reviews can’t be real. I am appalled that the McDonalds corporation tolerate this in Weston, Florida.

Manager at the cashier was extremely rude and gave me an attitude. My order which was 670 was never called (keep in mind I had been waiting since order 665). So I ask the manager which at the time was at the cashier and when I asked he ignores me and keeps taking orders, I then go to another employee who was amazing and then out comes the manager yelling for who is order 670, I raised my hand and he said my order was probably stolen, which is clearly untrue because I had been waiting for my order for a while and it was never called. With an attitude and a loud voice, the manager tells me I can’t get my money back or my food. After waiting another half hour, the police were called on my friends and I, and we were told to leave. I explain my case to the amazing officer and he said that basically this is a civil issue and he can’t get him to give me my food. I then proceed to leave. This review isn’t about any of the staff members. This review is for the manager, the service given to me by him was absolutely horrendous and he should not be managing this establishment, because of his ignorance and his bad attitude I was not able to have food that night because he had taken all the money I had for my food. If you go to this McDonald’s please don’t go near the manager or you will be receiving a large amount of disrespect and you will have a hard time getting your food.

I was buying an ice cream cone and I repeatedly asked for a mixed cone on the drive-thru. Second, we got to the counter and they gave me a melted cone with the wrong flavor. I asked for them if I could change it and if I needed to pay I would do it and they said no. I worked on an ice cream shop and when something like this happens they nicely changed it. They didn’t even say sorry or anything ;completely rude person. Finally, i asked for a milkshake; first they didn’t even give me a straw and second when I asked for one they gave me an spoon. I can’t believe the customer service please try to find another Mac Donalds and if its far away it will be worth the trip because this Mac Donalds is completely terrible.

forever time
I’ve never seen some b.s. like this before. Slow a— person taking orders in the front and even slower people handing you the food (didn’t even get to that point because I left due to the line not even moving!). There was hail coming from the sky and super hard rain with wind yet the workers acted like they were getting affected to! I had to quickly leave the drive thru because I was in literal danger with my windows fogging up. Ridiculous. Get it together!!
