It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order received incorrect food that I also was unable to eat. I attempted to phone the location but was met with rudeness and even though I was told the manager would return my call I never received one. I also put in a complaint through the corporate office and even after multiple messages have still not heard back. I have frequented this location many times but I will not return back to this location or any Jimmy John’s locations. There’s way too many sandwich shops that actually want customers and that will take care of their issues.

An absolute dumpster of a Jimmy John’s location! Beware – don’t order for delivery if you want your food delivered quickly. Always takes an hour to get a sandwich and when you call the store to inquire they make pure excuses without taking any responsibility for pitiful service. Get better – do better. You are a joke.

Horrible delivery service. Don’t deliver and leave the food on a table. You are supposed to hand it over to the person that ordered it. Called the store, only for them to talk over me and give me multiple excuses. Ordered at lunch time for it to be delivered an hour and a half later……and I work down the street. Meat tastes off and was extremely warm. Someone can get very sick from this! What happened to having your food safety certificate and why is it NOT being used???? Do your job or don’t do it at all. I want my money back.

Now I know what ppl mean when they say if they could leave no stars…Veronica(general manager) was really rude when myself and a coworker called about some sandwiches we ordered today not tasting well. This meat tastes like it’s been sitting out overnight. Veronica blames it on the delivery being over an hour ago from the call being made. No deli meat that I’ve ever had has tasted like this sitting out for an hour. I’ve left sandwiches sitting out an entire shift and the meat has never tasted this bad.This meat was sitting out, maybe it wasn’t covered up, could be expired, I don’t know but Veronica isn’t taking responsibility for her team’s hiccups. The driver(Samuel) was upset when he came in and tossed the bag on our counter and said something about the address being wrong. I get it ppl have days where their attitudes are off. But Veronica says that because Samuel has been working there for 6 years that she finds it hard to believe that Samuel would behave this way. Well if she’s is rude to her customers, I’m sure she’s rude to her staff as well. Being a general manager, she should have a better attitude when customers call with complaints. My biggest worry is that I’m pregnant and consuming spoiled deli isn’t ideal for myself or baby. We’ve ordered from here in the past and never had issues until today. Going forward, you have lost a customer. I can’t believe this is the attitude and responses I’m getting from a general manager. Now you may not own this business but I will be reaching out to the owners of this establishment and making them of aware of this situation. I’m sure there’s someone more suitable for the general manager position. Veronica is not someone who should be leading a team with that kind of attitude. To Veronica and Samuel, I really hope you all tighten up your customer service skills and have a better day. Smh

I have had great experiences at almost every Jimmy John’s locations I’ve been to. Unfortunately, both times I’ve been to this one I’ve had bad experiences. First time my bread tastes a couple days old and second time was shockingly slow, especially for a place that prides itself on speedy service.

Spent $30 ordering 3 sandwiches and ALL sandwiches were not made per order. We called to complain, horrible customer service – management even went as far as to disagree with me. No offer of any compensation / voucher. This is the second time my sandwiches have been made incorrectly from this location. Jimmy John’s just lost a customer. The company is lacking in quality and sandwiches are overpriced anyways.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two Turkey Toms with cheese. When I got home (across town) one of the sandwiches had no turkey and no cheese, just some lettuce and tomatoes! Took it back and asked for new sandwich and a coupon for a free one for my time and travel back and forth and they refused. Will not go back
