One star is too many for this location. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I went here today with my work partner on our lunch break. I ordered and then he did after me, however he had already finished his meal by the time my food was ready. It took 25 minutes from the time I paid for my food for it to be given to me, after several attempts to speak to a member of the staff were met with being ignored. I regret coming here and will not be returning, nor will I ever reccomend anyone to come here again at all.

The order ahead function on the app was flawless, but if you don’t select curbside pickup getting your food is a challenge. You’ll either have to use the drive thru or call them and get the employees to unlock the door. The dining room is NOT open yet and the employees are understaffed. They parked about 90% of the drive thru customers. Seemed disorganized and dysfunctional. Not the best experience.

This location definitely was struggling a bit. The soda machine was low or out of CO2 because every soda we tried getting was flat. The service was also not great, but I feel like that’s pretty on par with fast food places nowadays. For example, just one of the things we experienced was that we were ignored for several minutes after the people in front of us ordered. The cashier decided to do other things (basically just paced back and forth and didn’t do a whole lot) and didn’t bother to look at us or let us know that she would be a few minutes, so we just awkwardly stood there and waited.

I went through the drive through and ordered two six piece chicken finger plates. I was very dismayed to discover that the coleslaw requested with my orders was not put in containers but was scooped directly onto one of the plate compartments. When we arrived home and opened the styryfoam containers the coleslaw had spilled into the other compartments with the fries, toast and chicken fingers. Although we managed to eat some of the piedes of chicken and a few fries that were not soaked, this was not an enjoyable experience.

Ordered 2 plates didn’t get the sauce that comes with it or the extra sauce I paid for also one of my 4 finger plates only had 3 fingers in it it’s ridiculous I spent my money I want what I paid for and when I tried to contact the store of course no one answered the phone and I’ve called multiple times

My biggest reason for giving a five star has to be the service. I mean, my food was hot and fresh. I came in with someone who can’t have the fry seasoning, and the staff accidentally took the seasoning off my fries too, but honestly the customer service was enough to completely outweigh that. The cashier seemed new, but she was incredibly sweet and made me feel welcome. The name on the receipt is Kelisha. Huge shout out to her; she literally made what would be a mediocre meal into a great one!
