Asked for a house white wine while waiting and a glass was $44- A GLASS. I love paying for an elevated experience but the ambiance here does not match the prices. I was shocked that such a casual place would charge $44 for the house pour. You go next door to the sophisticated steak house As and the glasses there are $15.

This is the place to eat if your palette has not developed past 5th grade Chef boyardee or hamburger helper. Also rancid olive oil or the worst I have ever had, not sure. Very nice atmosphere, OK service. Down right nasty food. We all spent our time wondering how or who gave them good ratings? I didn’t even take my leftovers home for my dog.

This restaurant has gone from one of my favorites to a total zero. Tonight 6 of us dined at Modo Mio. I knew we were in trouble when I saw our waiter- he was our waiter for our anniversary dinner and gave us very poor service.

We had a great dining experience with delicious food and prompt, friendly service on a nice large patio. Our party also enjoyed the never empty bread basket and complimentary mushroom appetizer. They only have outdoor dining available but there are umbrellas, heaters and good lighting. Pro Tip – Free corkage for up to 2 bottles Monday thru Wednesday! And be sure to make a reservation!

I wanted to give 10 stars but the max limit is five. I was here with my mom and the restaurant was full but they managed to accommodate us outside. They were so kind to shift around with the heaters to make sure that my mother was warm and comfortable. The gentleman who was the waiter was extremely polite, accommodating, friendly and just very professional. We were blown away by their service. The manager, Amber, stopped by and talked to us. She was absolutely wonderful and the people who worked for her were great as well. I am a Texas resident and just visit Orange County sometimes to visit family. I am very blessed and can eat wherever I want to but it’s extremely refreshing and wonderful to be at a restaurant where you feel welcome, where people treat you like a normal human being and are very respectful and kind. In my book that’s priceless. we’ve come back to this restaurant many times and I even ordered the food for my mother’s birthday from this restaurant. I strongly recommend it.

Pretty decent Italian restaurant, we order 7 entree, 3 appetizers and 5 desserts for only $300 with tips. Food is very good and toward traditional Italian style, which is what I like. They are very busy restaurant, especially for outdoor seating, so if you in the rush this might not be you choice.

Wife and I went here last night for the first time and it was fantastic. Had reservations and we were seated quickly and brought a basket of bread and a plate of mushrooms marinated in olive oil and lemon juice which was a first for us. Ordered a caprese salad and all ingredients were fresh and tasty
