Exceptional service and hospitality. Food was great and servers worked together as a team. One server was refilling water at another table and seen my glass low and asked was I drinking water and topped my glass off as well. It was pretty busy this Saturday and food did take long but everything was great and worth the wait. I will be returning just prolly not on a Saturday. The staff definitely deserves an applause for their teamwork.

My roommate works here and recommended me to come in and eat. The food is great. The volcano shrimp appetizer was great. Although I’m a light sauce person the volcano sauce was pretty good. The honey butter given with their loaf of bread was delicious. And ordered a medium steak and was done perfectly.

I have never walked out of a restaurant, until today at this Outback. Four of us arrived at a nearly empty Outback; maybe six to eight seated tables. With multiple tables open, we were told to wait for an opening table. Granted, many tables were left uncleaned. After waiting nearly 15-minutes, we were seated and asked for our drinks and ordered an appetizer and food. 45-minutes later, we received a poorly made appetizer, with an apology by the manager. About an hour after that, with empty drinks, no food, and not a waiter in sight, we had enough of the horrible service. If you could even call it service. I don’t regret walking out, I only regret not giving them a few words of advice on how to treat paying customers.

Came for the steak & lobster tail, was not disappointed! There was a 20-25 minute wait when we arrived but we only waited 3 minutes before getting a table. It looked as if it were off to a bad start after being seated because it took forever for our drinks to arrive. But after that the service was great and the food was incredible!

One star is actually generous for our experience. The hostess was super nice…seated us promptly. We sat in our booth for over 10 minutes while wait staff and the manager walked by us several times without acknowledging us. My husband signalled to the manager as he stood daydreaming at the hostess stand…he looked my husband’s way then turned to walk back to the kitchen. We decided to leave because we had wasted enough time. This place needs new staff!! Starting with the manager! Keep the hostess though she was nice.

I don’t generally come to outback much, but when I have it’s been great. The service at this particular one, while very nice, was extremely sub-par. We had empty drinks for 15 minutes and had to ask for them to he refilled. They had no A1 steak sauce and they didn’t tell us until after the steak was delivered and cut up ready to eat even though I requested the sauce when I ordered my meal. I’m extremely disappointed. I spoke to the manager who was extremely nice but we’ve been waiting another ten minutes and counting after requesting the bill because we are ready to leave. Wont return to this one

This was the first time in over 10 years that I had eaten in an Outback steakhouse and it was pretty good. I had the steak medallions, coconut shrimp and sweet potato. The steak medallions were very sinewy and hard to chew but the shrimp with the marmalade and sweet potato were delicious. The service was a bit slow but on point to our needs. Overall good dining experience.

Just a guy
I went here with my wife, just the two of us to get a short break from the kids. We had a great meal and received great service. My wife LOVED her steak, was cooked just right. Staff was friendly. You will get a pager if it’s busy but we didn’t have to wait that long. It was worth it. Lost one star because it’s kind of expensive. Don’t be surprised when your bill gets to the table…
