There was about 10 people before me waiting for pizza and no one at register. When i got my pizza and cheesestick i was checking if everything is right but my cheesestick was completely damaged and before i say anytbing to pizza hut employee she left backside again now im waiting to explain them but no one is coming out side there was some more people behind me waiting so i left thinking its ok i will not eat cheesestick i still have pizza but when i went home and checked pizza, its uncut not even fully cooked. Very oily .I through everything in tresh.

Waited and sat around for about forty minutes for our pizza, only to find out it’d been finished for at least fifteen. Neither our name, nor order was called, and they just left it to sit in the storage until we finally got the idea to ask about where our order was. No surprise, we have to go back in less than five minutes because they gave us the wrong pizza! Fifteen more minutes later, we finally have the right dinner. The food is good, but I wouldn’t bother stopping by again.

Ordered and paid for my pizza online. I arrived shortly after receiving a text message that my pizza was ready. Nobody was manning the front desk. I could see that my pizza was the only one in the warming tray. Stood there several minutes. Kitchen staff said they couldn’t give me the pizza – finally they did after I said “Really? My pizza is right there!”. Pizza was messed up because it looked like it had been handled roughly before I got it. They offered to remake it. I declined. It tasted fine.

Good customer service from manager. Ordered through doordash, and the order arrived missing half of my order. The wings were not sent with the Dasher. I spoke with the store, the manager was VERY professional, offered to refund me through doordash, and expedited an order of wings with a complimentary cookie complete with delivery. Would be a 5 Star if it wasn’t for the original oversight. But the manager more than made up for it. Good on you. Thank you very much. Refreshing to see good customer service like that.

We are staying at Great Wolf Lodge. I was going to make the kids white trash it and eat without a plate. As I was leaving they asked would you need any plates or napkins? And had no problem giving me 5 plates. Amazing customer service!

I am going with a full 5 stars for this crew. On the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving I showed up to check prices on a possible order. The manager could have just let me order off the regular menu but that wasn’t the case. We ordered 19 pizzas, 9 orders of bread sticks and knots and a couple of pastas. The price was beyond reasonable and they were delivered to our hotel right on time.
