When you order a French vanilla swirl cream only, and for some God awful reason it’s so hard for them to understand because every time without fail every Dunkin’ is guilty of this, it means regular coffee with cream no sugar, if that’s what I wanted I wouldn’t start out by saying French vanilla swirl, I was just say regular coffee cream only

Horrible! 3pm 1 car in drive thru ahead of us. Took 8mins to get ordered. Arrived at window and had to reorder bcuZ they didn’t punch it in computer and have ready. Then they gave us the wrong order. It’s not that hard to make a cold brew with less ice ONLY third time was a charm. RIDICULOUS!!!!

This Dunkin’ has a habit of continuously messing up an order someway somehow. This most recent time they forget to charge for an item and didn’t put it on the bill and want me to correct the mistake. Don’t get me wrong I agree pay for the food you want but also there’s a point when it becomes a habit. Another time had to tell them 4 times over the intercom what I wanted and as I got to the window they still got it wrong another 3 times of handing the order back and fourth. Very disappointing

My reviews are based on Mobility, and this Dunkin Donuts has a better accessibility auction. Efficient, unlike most Dunkin Donuts, my order for on-the-go was ready when I got there. Also, the things I wanted were actually there, rather than missing. One can only ask why these people are not paid a higher wage. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, you are a gold mine and have made many wealthy people even wealthier. Why not pass it along to those who work so hard for you amidst conditions that are not conducive to staying away from the pandemic. Most of your staff are loyal people who have been there for years

Ive been coming to this Dunkins for a long time now. And its the only 24/7 one around me. The late night staff acts like its a problem when I place a very simple ordinary order and frankly I get alot of attitude as the customer. I would like to see changes or I will stop coming here.
