Waited for about 5 minutes again and no one ever showed so I got annoyed again. This is the 4th time it’s happened. Obviously by the look of the store and employees the manager clearly doesn’t care. This gas station is dirty and very poorly manager. Tell your employees to wash their hair for God’s sake too. Btw I just left after waiting so long.

After standing at the ice machine with it running and only getting a couple pieces out, the worker messing with the bottle drinks told me, “yeah, it’s not working and walked off.” Ridiculous and a waist of a stop. Went down the road to another location to quench my thirst. Customer service could use some work.

Poor customer service. Cashier was rude when I had asked about a product that had not been unpacked from their truck. She rolled her eyes and rudely said no I haven’t had time to unload things. I would have understood if she would have kindly said I haven’t had the time. I don’t however understand people being rude to others just becuae they are busy. I worked for Casey’s several years ago and when truck came in we checked it in and no one left until it was put away. Having only one person there during rush hour and truck still sitting on the floors is just poor management. I was not the only one who had to leave without our product because truck was still boxed up. Someone in front of me also walked out with nothing. Cashier was also rude to them. If you can’t handle customer service then maybe don’t work it.

The pizza department in this location has become an absolute embarrassment. Ordered 2 pizzas online tonight, est. 20 minutes. Wait about 25-30 minutes until i arrive, they say 7 more minutes, ok. I wait, with other customers also waiting on pizza orders, to the sounds of the guy in the kitchen throwing things and cussing for the whole store to hear. About 30 minutes later my pizzas are finally done, but one is completely wrong. So i leave and come back 20 minutes later for my replacement pizza. And its still completely WRONG!!!!!!! Sad part is, the waiting twice the estimated time while listening to the kitchen staff yell cuss words across the store is the new normal. At this point management is clearly not even doing their job, this place needs revamped from the top down. They can’t even handle a pizza order. What a clown show.

Went in to Casey tonight and a group of kids were harrassing the kitchen staff along with a blonde worker not doing anything except being loud and in the way of everything, every time I come here it seems she’s never working!!! Other staff was very polite but she is an absolute nightmare!! I hate coming here because of her!

This has become terrible convenience store. The parking lot is disgusting, the gas pumps are outdated and barely read a card, the staff is more concerned about their phone and chit-chatting with there buddies and there is always someone in the lot asking for money.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the pizza is the best option in town. I called because I saw while trying to order online that the kitchen was closed to delivery today. I called to confirm that. I was told that they only deliver Thursday-Sunday which wasn’t an issue. I then asked if they had in specials to which the woman rudely replied with their special. I called early to leave time for cook time and delivery but since they are not delivering today I explained that I appreciated her help and I would call back after a little bit with my order. Because I don’t have time worry about delivery time when I live in Gas I decided I didn’t want to order at 4:45. After letting her know I would call back with my order she immediately hung up on me!!! I work in customer service myself and I think that it is common sense that hanging up on a paying customer is not good service nor is it a way to keep a customer! I guess Pizza Hut will get my business tonight!!!

The only reason this store gets a star is because in order to make a review i have no choice. As I do how ever like the pizza, the staff here have a attitude. There is no reason to be rude and snappy with your customers. If u dont want to work please step down. I’m sure there is someone out here that u have turned down for a job because u dint feel u would get along with them. The store manager is rude I know she has out right hung up the phone on me because she feels she has better things to do. I have called the store to order pizza or ask if something would be in stock and I swear no matter who answers the phone u can tell in their voice they do not want to be there. I beleive that corprate should relinquish some people and bring people in that has a more positive And friendly service and positive work ethic. I personally will not be shopping at this caseys. I will travel the extra 3 miles to the conoco down on state street at least rays minimart has always had friendly service.
