Went there for the first time with a couple of friends for there famous unlimited shrimp fest. No doubt there was plenty of food for 15.99. The server was polite and was bringing everything we wanted with a smile. However, the shrimps were not very tasteful and even after the whole meal something felt missing. Id call that not a value for money. Typical of any ‘cheap’ buffet places. Will not have the shrimp again.

So we decided to celebrate her birthday at red lobster today. I love this place it has a nice atmosphere and the staff is fantastic. We got excited about crab fest and decided to do the lobster feast with crab it was excellent. My wife had salmon and crab with shrimp. The dish came out wrong, and I notified the server, she immediately notified the kitchen, and within a minute the manager was at my table. My mind was blown, that was rapid communication. He apologized said not to worry he would have a lobster tail, that was missing on the plate by the way, cooked up within minutes and he would bring out. The error was corrected immediately and we carried on with dinner. Half way through, my son wasn’t feeling well so we had to leave quickly, the server came by brought togo plates and got us packed up. Had the vanilla bean cheesecake to go for dessert, and let me tell ya, it’s on point. I had the key lime pie, the taste is outstanding but the crust was a little tough, but the taste made up for it. Overall loved the dining experience, food was delicious and staff was 5 stars. Will be back soon. Thanks. The picture are in Togo plates and do not do it justice, but I assure it is delicious.

Service was impecable, food was delicious and location was good. We will be returning. Word of advice- get there before the lunch crowd and you will have the best time! Oh and there is a tank of live lobsters at the entrance that the host is more than happy to inform about. Nice touch!

Red lobster is still edible, but it’s not what it used to be. It was somewhat a tradition for red lobster to be my annual birthday destination for some crab and fried calamari. The last 4-5 times I’ve attended this particular University location has been less than impressive. During my last visit, the floor was dirty with torn napkin pieces that remained there for our entire meal. The wait staff did the bare minimum. They had to be asked to fill drinks. I ordered calamari and It came without any vegetables. I asked the waitress and she assured me that it did not, nor has the calamari ever come with fried broccoli and peppers. Maybe that was just a faulty memory? Our food came out with the wrong sides, forgotten salads, and they forgot my scallops. We were already done eating when the scallops came out. They took them back and comped them. That restaurant used to be a great little spot to grab a seafood meal with family, but the quality has steadily gone down over the last 5 or so years. It has basically become a Long John Silvers with nicer tables. My last visit to this location will be just that, my last visit. There are so many more places to get seafood in this town, so why not?

Hello everyone yesterday I took my wife out and son to celebrate. The reason why we were at red lobster because we were on our 33rd day no meat. When we were sat down we weren’t greeted for 6 minutes mind you we have a two year old with us. It was so long I had to go to the front and ask for a manager. The manager said she was sorry. We were greeted 1-2 after that . While we were sitting down I counted 4-8 times we were passed and never greeted at all. The food took 20-30 mins . The food took so long even our server noticed it. The food taste great but our experience was destoryed I. The manager comes out and tells us they have a shortage in cooks and it’s a busy day. We went out at 5pm and there wasn’t a wait time. The manager takes 20% off the bill . I’m sorry I been a server for 15 years and I know key things . I still tipped 50% of the bill. The food means nothing if you can’t be greeted and get the food in a timely manner. Anyone that goes here please watch out. Great atmosphere and the food taste good.

We waited 45 minutes for our main course and had to send back the steak twice (raw and horrible), plus my grilled shrimp was not even grilled. Not even very busy. The hor’devours and bread were fabulous I will say Alex provided us with EXCELLENT SERVICE!! ❗️And the new Service Manager, Michaela, came to the table twice and personally apologized for the delay and poorly cooked proteins, both of which were comped. The ambiance is nice, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and again, the service is superb. We will give this Red Lobster another try again in the future in hopes the cook has improved his or her skills considerably.

Staff and service were both outstanding. Our entree was tasty and filling, however the chips for the artichoke and lobster dip were chewy and dripping with oil and dip was runny.

Hot, tasty food & intimate atmosphere conducive to private conversation. Food is great if you have issues with spicy or weird offerings. My photo is an “after” photo. The shrimp was super yummy.

The fish was awful, the shrimp were tiny. I tried to reach out to Red Lobster’s corporate office but I’ve never heard back from them. I’ll leave the photograph right here. I took the photo when the plate was set down in front of me. I will never return. Judge for yourself.
