I’ve given this place a few tries, not impressed. This was my last time. Store is short staffed, it takes too long to get a sandwich, employees do not engage with customers, and it cost too much. There are way better sub options out here!

I went a few days ago to get a sandwich for myself and my daughter and the employee named brooklyn was extremely helpful and patient with me as this was my first time at a sub place like this. She suggested a grilled sandwich and made it for me very promptly and with every modification i requested. It was one of the best sandwiches i’ve consumed in a while. I would personally recommend number 43! I will definitely be coming back if the service i experienced from brooklyn is similar to the other staff!

We called after one of the other locations canceled our catering order for lunch for 50. They were courteous on the phone, had the order done before the time requested and my colleague that picked the order up said they helped her load the order into her car. We will definitely call this location again for future catering orders!

Placed a delivery order, which was delivered promptly. Upon opening the bag one sub was missing. Tried to call the location for 30 minutes with no answer. Finally drove there to get the missing sub. After waiting for ten minutes I explained the situation to a very rude employee. He said that he made that order and packed the bag as it wasn’t his problem and I would need to take it up with the driver. I asked him if he was going to replace the sub and he said no, it wasn’t his problem. He also said they don’t answer the phone because they are to busy. Just another example of horrible customer service.

I got there about 40 min. before closing time and ordered a #8 Turkey Club. They had plenty of meat but lettuce, tomato, and onion and bacon were near empty, with little effort to replenish the low supply. Employees seemed detached and ready to go home. Sandwich-maker didn’t even ask what sandwich I ordered and asked me what I wanted on it. I’m guessing she was new because she didn’t know what oregano was.
