Stopped by for lunch and had clam chowder and the fish & chips. Clam chowder was great and really enjoyed. The Fish & Chips presentation was great and overall good but they placed the fish on a piece of paper that dissolved and stuck to the fish which made it difficult to eat.

I came here after a recommendation from a coworker…I Celebrated my birthday here and it was a regrettable experience. I do not think this place is great for any celebration but maybe for a casual meetup for appetizers and drinks. My partner and I were dressed up but I noticed a lot of people were very casual. I did not enjoy the server he came off as obnoxious and demeaning. I ordered a large lobster and the lobster was terrible. It was bland, chewy, and overcooked. I feel a bit sick after eating it.

The service was outstanding and the food was quite good overall. However, it was the octopus appetizer that truly stole the show – it was absolutely divine! While the other dishes were decent, they didn’t quite live up to the same level as the appetizer. Additionally, the food was slightly too oily for my liking, and given the price point, we had expected a bit more in terms of taste and presentation. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider visiting again

Had a wonderful steak and seafood experience at Water Grill. Food and service were on point. The sourdough bread rolls with seasalt and butter were awesome while we waited for the appetizers. Highly recommend an old fashioned if you like cocktails. It was one of the best I have had anywhere. Enjoyed the octopus and oyster appetizers. For my main, went with the NY Steak as was recommended by our waiter, Sean (who is psychic). He had an uncanny knack for recommending great food. The steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare as requested. It was seasoned nicely with salt and seared to perfection. You could tell the meat was of superb quality. Overall, the pricing was reasonable compared with other fine dining establishments in Bellevue. My only criticism would be that the fried calamari I had were on the skinny side, just not very meaty. Maybe it was just an off day for that dish. Would try again since I like calamari. Well done, we will be back.

Despite our high expectations this restaurant lived up to the hype. We visited this week for a birthday and chose this restaurant because we wanted to have some king crab and not many restaurants serve the dish. We ended up ordering oysters, clam chowder, king crab, and mashed potatoes. Every dish was consistently outstanding, from presentation to flavor.
