So, upon arriving, it took a minute for them to get my order, which is understandable, considering some of it’s ordered and me as your order now, with that being said, I made my order, I went to the window. The young gentleman wasn’t very friendly. I gave him my credit card or cash, he went to him in my change bag didn’t wait for me to hold my hand in the right spot to catch the coins. He just move his hand away quickly and let all my chains fall on the floor now that poor he could’ve say oh I’m sorry let me look down and see how much Phil and I will reimburse you or just I’m sorry I couldn’t open the door to get it myself because I was too close to the window . He just walked away. Didn’t say anything . And then, while waiting for my order, two women were talking in the one lady with the black hair. Young girl was talking about all the restaurants that she had worked at. She hated them on why she hated them and talking loud enough to where I could hear which the window was open, not acknowledge and me or anything just keep on talking, so then the guy comes back to give me my order wasn’t in a bag just handed him to me didn’t say anything just handed them to me and I looked at him. I said can I have some napkins and you would’ve thought I would’ve asked him to cut his hand off if you guys do not like your job that’s OK we don’t have to like our jobs that we work. It’s completely understandable especially working with the public but this is a stage and you were the actor and you put on the exit till you walk your happy bird out the door. Everybody has their own problems and I get that and I try not to be judgmental, but everywhere in Locust Grove, Georgia and Macdona Georgia workers at like you hate your job you’re not friendly it’s unacceptable. The food was fine but manager is your hire people that are just breathing. Maybe you should check out how their personality is. Maybe you should check out their past history and work just to see if they’re a good fit or not that is all

This has got to be one of the worst Dunkin’s. What is the point of an app order if they are not going to have the order ready and to have the food ready but not your drinks and they just leave you standing there like you are supposed to figure it out yourself. Just to find out they don’t have the drinks you ordered so why not tell the customer that first instead of leaving them standing there. Then you order a different coffee and it’s nasty. I had to throw away not to mention the employee looked at me like I was making him do extra and I had already paid on the app. The. To find out once in the car the complete order was not there didn’t have any munchkins. I go to surrounding Dunkin’ Donuts a lot and this one is terrible. The employees act like it’s play time when they are slammed with customers. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Drive thru line was insane so we went inside on a Friday morning. We had an order for 2 drinks, a donut, and a sandwich. Food came out in under a minute. The drink ordering system is a disaster. It took us 30 minutes to get the 2 drinks we ordered. Meanwhile, other customers who ordered simple beverages were losing their minds over the wait. They were seemingly just cranking out whatever drinks they felt like making, as no one was claiming the 10+ cups they had in the pickup area. Not a chance of me returning to this store.

The drinks i order are always having to go back and be remade because of it always being made incorrectly.. it seems that the workers aren’t trained efficiently to work here. guess ill have to go to the starbucks around the corner.

ROSE she works in the Drive-Thru window this morning. She’s been there for a good bit now and she is absolutely precious! She always has a smile on her face and she’s always so sweet. She is doing a great job! I noticed a lot of different staff members in the last few months and I got to say that the turnaround in this Dunkin is huge. Everybody is doing a great job and really working and compared to what that store used to run like all of those people should get recognition or the way it runs now in the mornings. It’s like night and day. And I go there every single morning for the last 2 years and I’ve never seen it run better. Y’all are awesome

Most unorganized excuse for a Dunkin, this location is dirty in every way possible, the employees act like they don’t want to be there, there is no management present ever and the attitudes from the workers are horrible just like they don’t care if your drink is made right or not. I have been coming to this location for years and it has severely gone down hill.
