Surprisingly, this was pretty good. 5 stars for the type of establishment it is. Went here for a family members birthday party, and was pleasantly surprised. First off, the service was pretty darn good. The shrimp was battered and fried wonderfully. The white cheese stuffed mushrooms were fabulous! I ordered the entree salad with sirloin, medium. And my family ordered steaks. All of our steaks were cooked to order and done perfectly! So many places, even steakhouses, don’t cook the steak exactly as you want – these were perfect.

Outlaw Ribeye Steak & the Crispy Brussel Sprouts were very good! Bread was very good. Baked potatoe & soup were both basic. Asked for grilled onions on the steaks & waiter said they had sautéed onions. The onions were neither! They were not good; they were way overcooked & flavorless. Their “Grilled/Sauteed” onions were without any browning. They looked and tasted like they had been over boiled. Instead of grilled or sautéed. The texture was terrible; they were “smushy.” They had only 1 beer on tap. It took forever to get our drinks and refills. The service problems / delays were on the back end of the kitchen. Our server Eric was very nice, polite, & attentive.

First time eating here ! And it was pretty good ! The steak was a little over cooked . But I can’t complain. The waitress Kayla was lovely ! She had so many tables to waitress so the service was a little slow! But, we were patient !

Our server was completely horrible, she took 20 minutes to let us know, she’ll be back to take our order and then another 30 minutes went by before she actually took our order. Then we waiting another 30 minutes for our party to get their drinks. We got alcohol and my kids got strawberry lemonade. We then ask our server what’s taking so long for our order and she kept saying the cooks are still cooking it. How does every other server managed to get their guest food before us and it was two times customers got their food before us. Also, there was a table next to us that was filthy, stuff all over the table and floor. No one cleaned it up. When we finally got out appetizers after like 45 minutes, the wild west shrimp was overcooked, but the chicken was okay. Then another 40 minutes go by as we were waiting on our entree. So, we decided to ask for the manager, he came by; he didn’t seem concerned at all! He left and never came back. They deducted 10% off of our bill which doesn’t make up for the hassle we just endured. Please don’t come here and if you do come on a good day with a decent manager and a decent server!

They charge $6 for this extremely small, not even filled, cup of brussel sprouts. When we asked to have the cup filled, we were told the manager said “if I wanted more, I need to pay for another order”. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be coming back in this lifetime.

This was the worst experience and will not be coming back. The server took a lot of time. I took some of my clients here to enjoy time. I decided to pay with mobile pay. When we left the server, chase me like I was leaving without paying. Then I accidentally put .8 cent, instead of $8.50 tip on the app for the second time, he came out and chased me asking if that’s all I had. My clients were surprised by him screaming in the parking lot. It was an accident, and I would gladly give him any tip, but this is unacceptable. I was embarrassed by the moment. I gave him $15 in cash. I’ll be referring this case to the Better Business Bureau.

The hostess was rude at the front desk. I was told that the wait was 45 minutes to an hour. After 35 minutes, I asked how much longer was the wait, abbreviated was told ” it ain’t been an hour yet so no point in asking”. I had a part of 5, and we were set at a table for four. We asked to be moved and was told by the manager we cold move ourselves. So we picked up the utensils and plate and moved. We were then told that the section we moved to was closed. I told the man you’re the manager, so figure it out. The waiter was great. The food was good, but we received the appetitizers 10 min. After the food. The water got 2 of the 4 appetitizers removed from the bill. The place was mostly empty, and more people were waiting to get in than there were people eating. The staff was hanging out chatting.
