Ok, let’s start off with how amazing their customer service is. The workers are absolutely amazing and have always had a smile on and were very nice to myself and my family. We frequent the establishment almost every time we come into down and they always remember us and welcome us back. The food is delicious and the salsa bar has plenty of options! We love that the restrooms and tables are cleaned often and the soda station is stocked. We can’t wait to stop back again for the stack and a side of chips and queso!

WORST TACOS I’VE EVER HAD!! We wanted tacos, my 79 year old husband stopped ( our first time here) to get at Moe’s. Brought them home, we live 45 minutes away. First thing he said, was he should have just walked out. He said it felt like a subway. Anyway, I said, don’t worry, it’ll be good. He ordered 12 tacos( $50). I got 3 out, they looked good, bit into it, tasted like chili meat. Took another bite, I opened tacos, the meat had a thick chili color meat, told my husband I can’t eat these. I called, talked to manager Melissa who said, ” we cannot give you your money back just because you don’t like them”.I’ll call owner, which she did, owner said same thing. We spent just over $50 to now throw away. I even said I’d bring them back so they could see we didn’t eat them. Nope! Not taking chances on trying new places anymore

Food was delicious, with large portions. This place made Subway look like trash with its similar pick-and-choose ingredient system. Had high tech Coca Cola machines with more than 50 soda options and free refills. Cheese dip and various other dips were all delicious and nicely crafted. Prices are what you can expect, about 13 dollars for a bowl or large burrito. I found myself loving every bite due to the Mexican food-esc flavors. Would recommend

So, I’m full disclosure, I had never been to Moe’s. I’ve heard about it, but hadn’t eaten there…until today. And boy was waiting so long a HUGE mistake! Wow, is all I can say! Great food and sensational service! If you haven’t tried it, I highly you do so immediately!

I would mostly visit the Moline, IL Moe’s, but since that one closed, I rarely ever go. The burritos are my favorite when compared with the similar chains (Chipotle, Qdoba & Panchero’s). The selection of ingredients is probably what makes them the best.

The workers are such a bundle of joy from the moment you walk in the store. Family friendly dine in makes for a perfect night out with the kids. Prices are affordable in comparison to it’s competitors……they could give a little more meat in their bowls but fortunately I’m a toppings lover so it works .

The food was decent, but the staff were not very friendly. One of the staff was very rude, never smiled and acted like she hated life. I didn’t speak to the manager because the employee put off a vibe that it wouldn’t have ended well. We only had one staff say welcome to moes when we walked in and you could barely hear him. Overall, we felt very unwelcome. There seriously needs to be some type of customer service training to be done here.
