Today must have been a cluster f@$& for Aberdeen’s Chick fil A. We decided to have a quick breakfast sandwich inside the restaurant. We got in queue behind one other person and waited for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged his presence. The cashier took his order and he stepped aside. She then disappeared back onto the kitchen for what seemed an eternity. After another 4 minutes she came back and took our order. We got our drinks and sat down at a table waiting for our order. It took another 15 minutes for someone to arrive with our order. It seems like the management has forgotten about the dining area. Every team member was focused on either the drive thru or the outside walk up carry out. This was a terrible experience and teaches me to use the drive thru even if you want to sit inside.

I mean I am a chick fil a costumer since forever but I never face this type of bad experience for a long , I’m a costumer from this store 3 times a week and they always gave me this exact much of fries can you imagine pay for something like this ? you guys need to get better and fill a little bit more those fries ! Come on !

The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is clean but the set up is odd. If you order to go, there are people just standing by the counter, blocking the door. There is a hallway next to the counter to get to the bathrooms and it’s all a little chaotic. Perhaps I’ll just use the drive thru from now on.

Have eaten here many times and the one thing they Always deliver on is CONSISTENCY. Food is piping hot, fresh and delicious EVERY time. The cleanliness of the restaurant is impeccable. Staff keeps every area clean, and orderly. A lot of fast food places, the condiment area is pretty bad, ketchup, etc, is everywhere. Counter is sticky and napkins that never made it into the trash! At Chick-fil-A, there is NO mess, all the condiments packs are stacked neatly in rows. This is the only food place where an employee will come to your table asking if they can get you a refill! Another plus is the manager actually comes around to tables just to see how your dining experience has been! It’s that level of concern and care that sets Chick-fil-A apart from other eateries! Oh, and the employees are fantastic! Helpful, friendly, nice, smiling, make eye contact, can converse intelligently with customers. I’m eating in or picking up an order at least once or twice every two weeks. Props given to the training of employees!

Came here the other day (6/24) to try the Chick-fil-A breakfast for the first time with my boyfriend and the food was great, I would definitely get the Chick-fil-A breakfast again in the future. The drive through staff was very nice and helpful too. And the store looks very nice and clean on the outside.

I did mobile pick up during a VERY busy dinner rush and Denise was extremely quick and attentive with my order. She was very friendly and made sure my fries were full to the top.

The Best of everything the milkshake, Devine, tried the peach nice. Chick-fil-a is the top of the chain and the owner did say when he created the food chain that if it turns out to be a success he will not open a Sunday ever. And that’s why its a success because it a religious company and they honor God.
