Since it was my first non-family real job as a teenager, I’ve always loved Burger King’s food. To me, it tastes as great now as back in the early 1980s. The food would be five stars. The service no. There was a manager and an employee up front taking when I went in, I placed my order which was no problem, but there was just no smile or thanks for eating here or anything else. It was just blah. Meh. Like I was a bother because I wanted to give the money in exchange for nourishment. Oh well, there’s a Wendy’s right across the street for next time.

Everytime I go they always park me, and the cars behind, the food is usually cold too so I don’t understand why they park me if the food isn’t being cooked. I thought when we get park some part of our meal is cooking but not mine, and I only order for one and it still takes them a good 10 minutes to bring my food out for it to be dried and cold, I tried asking for it to be fresh too before but they just give an attitude and you could tell the foods not fresh because the fries look dark and crusty. I would not recommend this Burger King, the girl with blonde hair isn’t helpful too when I tried bringing up my concern, I assume she’s a manager because she wear the black t shirt but she doesn’t act like one.

Both digital and mailer coupons have some good deals that are a money saver. Food was hot and fresh. Service is good. Food in a timely manner. The atmosphere is quiet and clean.

Inside around 8 p.m. and the only customer in the place, I am completely inconveniencing the employee who is blasting his music with his back to me. I still was considerate of his personal time and waited for him to finish up the jazz highlights he had started watching 5 minutes after he looked at me. A minimum of 8 minutes went by and I was turning to leave as he said “we don’t have any chicken fries”. I said, no problem and ordered the worst Burger King that anyone could possibly make. No effort for freshness, sloppy, and incorrect but it was quickly done. It must’ve been some old meat and chicken from a few days ago that I received because all I could taste was something like cold little Ceasars if you covered it with a salad you found on the ground in front of the 7-11 on 800 south. It’s especially true in salt lake city that the quality of employee is very low at a few places in this area and the level of discipline and effort to do a good job and even care for the quality of the product sold is not a concern in the least. Burger King is the absolute lowest rated worst experience in all of fast food and I will never have it for any reason from any location again in my life. I give 2 stars for atmosphere because I got to see the jazz highlights the manager was watching as he ignored me.

Love BK. Tried the new Ch’King. Ordered one Spicy the other Deluxe. I ate the deluxe. It was good but the tomatoes were half green still and the chicken was over cooked. Instead of crunchy and juicy it was Hard crunchy and super dry. Yet it tasted good. Spicy one looked like it was cook correct. Employees were friendly and order was correct. Just a little extra care to up the star rating.

BE ON THE LOOKOUT! This guy in the picture tried to make a big scene and fight me! Just because I was told to do mobile order and their system was down. I did not park on drive thru. There was not vehicle whatsoever behind me. He decided to Escalate the situation and provoked me. I went inside to grab the owner info or some sort of contact info from Management. I thanked Ruta (Shift supervisor) that handle well the situation and did a great job De-escalating. What type of people the owner is hiring? I didn’t know u come here to this establishment to fight and be yelled by their employees.

I ordered 2 entrees off the 2 for 7 menu and he charged me 14 bucks. I was like that’s not right and he informed me that I have to tell them about it to get the promo. With today’s technology, I figured it would automatically know. That’s what I get for assuming

My Mom got the wrong food. When she tried to get the right sandwich the staff argued with her about the fact that she ordered the sandwich that she did. Even going so far as to say the sandwich she received was on the receipt when clearly it wasn’t. This was the second fast food restaurant in Salt Lake that didn’t give out the right order in 2-3 weeks, and argued about it. What happened to the customer is always right?! When I worked at Wendy’s in Tooele, Utah I was trained to say sorry and fix the order; not to argue with the customer. Since when was it correct training to argue with the customer?! In my strong opinion the employee is never right when an order is made wrong, and the customer is always right! As can be inferred I am not happy with Salt Lake City Fast Foof restaurants! There must be better training!
