I just came into Dairy Queen with my kids for lunch. We were helped by Sherrie who was very friendly. I ordered the bacon burger. You don’t expect a lot from most fast food places but this burger came out and it was perfect. I haven’t been to a fast food place that took this much care to put a burger together in 20 years. If there is a large redheaded bearded man named Payton in the back when you come, it’s probably going to be good.

Just picked up an order from here. It was the complete wrong order. I politely called to explain what happened and requested to come back and get the correct order. The woman informed me she was the general manager, admitted to having been in her office all day, apologized and told me I could come back to get the correct order. She then proceeded to tell me how the mix up with my order was my fault. Which is lovely to hear when I’m not a manager at a Dairy Queen but a coustomer and one could only assume that if she had been out helping her poor employees get through the orders and managing the business like she is paid to do that I wouldn’t have received an incorrect order in the first place. If a mobile order isn’t supposed to be picked up in the drive through it should be posted online when you order not commanded of a paying coustomer over a phone call about an incorrect order. She’s not my manager and personally I wouldn’t hire her to manage a toilet. The other employees who work here are simply lovely and I feel sorry for them having to work with someone who obviously blames everyone else for her mistakes. You’re the GM, you’re making more than any of them, act like it. Very immature and unprofessional especially when I was being patient and understanding about the whole thing since I’ve worked in fast food myself. Now I wonder if the same deflection of guilt would have been so bluntly stated to me if I had acted differently myself. Get a new GM literally anyone who doesn’t blame and insult your coustomer. If she abuses your guests she abuses her employees I garentee it.

Just ran into grab a cheeseburger with mayonnaise lettuce and onions only and the staff was great very friendly very nice & cheerful, a lot of smile’n employees and they were so energetic, my cheese burger wes hot and made to order and the onion rings were fantastic!! Great job Guys!!!

A week ago I placed an order and they completely forgot the steak finger basket. I came back again today, asked the lady at the window if she could please check the order as it was wrong last week, she responded with attitude “yeah ok”, and they forgot a chicken sandwich meal. I went inside and asked about it and the only thing the manager replaced it with was just the sandwich. So I paid for a drink and fries and didn’t get it. I was over it at that point and just left. This is probably the 4th time this has happened. I’ll start coming back, when DQ actually starts caring enough about customer service. There will be more food options soon anyway.

(Drive through 8:25pm 07/22/22) Worst experience. I heard my husband said a vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate. But what I received was a vanilla ice cream. Whoever received our order, that person made a mistake. I’m not upset at that person’s mistake. What i am upset is… Even if we mentioned what we ordered, she said no and then dropped our credit card. Normally people apologize if they drop someone’s credit card, right? But she looked down and then quickly closed the window. My husband had to open his car door to grab it. How rude. I have never seen someone rude like her in my life.

On Friday, 8/5/22, I ordered a chicken taco salad with no refried beans and got it exactly as I asked. Got home, opened the box and immediately started to laugh. Someone had a good sense of humor and I appreciate it. Made me laugh and it was a needed chuckle.

Food was…fast food…I got what I expected. Except when my son was done with his drink I noticed that his cup was still very heavy. I opened the lid and there was a nozzle of some sort in it. I am not sure how this happened but maybe employees can pay slightly closer attention to making drinks.
