First of all for breakfast they had ran out of chicken for the biscuits. Then they said they had ran out of large coffee cups. I then ordered medium coffees and creams as well for the coffees. They gave me vanilla flavored creamers. I took my coffee back and told them I had put that in my coffee before I noticed it and just wanted regular creamers. They said they didn’t have any that was all they had. So I sat down to eat my sausage biscuits I settled for and after taking a bite my wife noticed a hair in the sausage if my biscuit. We just left and went somewhere else. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time.

After having Mr wait for 20 mins on a pie which was the only thing I wanted and they said it would take 7 min to cook so after waiting all that time they come to only tell me that that over cooked it and burning it and asked did I want to wait another 7 min on another but they made it very apparent that they really didn’t want to mess with it but I told them yes then of course the second o ne was cooked way too long it had no insides left in it and the outside was hard as a rock. Worst eating experience ever!!!

Food was ok. Employees were generally nice. But with just my order at about 9:30pm, it took them about 12 minutes to make. There were no other customers inside or at the drive-through. So I was unclear why it took so long. No comments from employees either on the timing.

Went around 1 pm and there was no line in the drive through made my order and went up to the window. No one came to the window for like 5 minutes then a lady came and took my card and then I waited another 5 minutes and guy popped his head out and said “we’re just waiting on your fries” and so I waited another 5 minutes. If I hadn’t paid already, I would have just drove off. There’s no reason it should take 15 minutes with no line. All that and they didn’t give me my drink either. I had to get back to work, so I didn’t notice till I was already on the road. So disappointing.

This place always has an issue. Late opening, door locked, etc. sometimes door is locked but says open and the employees out back laughing, joking and smoking. What a waste of a good restaurant

Would get 0 stars if you could give 0 stars. The server was nice but I don’t like to eat hard burnt food. I stopped to get breakfast this AM consisting of a chicken fillet. A simple fillet! Well I got a cold burnt patty that looks like it had been elsewhere. It smelt burnt and tasted burnt! It was hard! I tried calling the restaurant several times no answer tried calling other locations no answer. This is not acceptable. Don’t even go there with you should’ve checked it before leaving the drive thru because that’s why it’s called fast bleeping food!!!! Other times I’ve been there workers have had bad attitudes and unclean hygiene, the inside of the restaurant nasty tables and seating sticky smelly bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Guess I’ll chose another favorite restaurant for breakfast!

Not to happy. Sat at drive thru at the order screen for 15 minutes no one said anything I pulled around and what looked like the only employee in the building was sitting in the lobby with his feet up on the table. Can’t run a business if u refuse to serve the customers that want to spend money. Might as well just close the store
