My family and I ate here Friday evening after passing up Copelands to learn about an hour and a half wait time and then to Texas Roadhouse to learn about a 2 hour wait time. Now, I understand why there was NO wait time at Ruby Tuesday! The food was awful and overpriced for the lack of food quality/taste and not to mention, a less than professional management staff who was not even interested in what we had to say about our experience after telling our waitress. What ever happened to getting to know the customer’s experience? For starters, be very careful of the $13.49 menu! Our waitress pointed out which foods were covered under that price but we were disappointed to see that the items cost more and she could not do anything about it nor could the manager who never bothered to acknowledge our complaints while we were there. Our family always eats out so we know what’s a great place to dine and this place will never be on our return list. We will not make this mistake again! If you do not take heed to this review, you can never say that someone didn’t try to warn you! If you actually like eating here, then you obviously don’t get out to eat much to know what good food is supposed to taste like! Trust us…. It is worth the 2 hour wait at any of the more popular restaurants down the street! Just don’t eat at Ruby Tuesday!

Would not recommend. Got a steak and the tip was rare. Was supposed to be medium well. My mom’s loaded potato was cold and so was my baked mac. Server was in too much of a rush not to spill some of our drinks. Place was 1/3 rd full.

Server was great, food was good, and supervisor even stoped by to make sure everything was good. While leaving my husband heard the manager praise the employee at the salad bar. It was positive feed back while she was attending the salad bar. Nice.

I get the salad bar every time I go… I have to say one of the best I’ve had! Wow We left this evening not only stuffed & very pleased by the service & would recommend this to friends & family!!! now one of my new favorite places to go to is Ruby Tuesdays… I’ll definitely be back.

This place was clean.. on a Wednesday at 5:30pm there was maybe five tables of people. . So not busy at all… salad bar was very good and fresh.. but it took 30min to get a cold ribeye.. it was cooked correctly tho on the brighter side… I will say I was sitting at the bar and the bartender was very courteous and sorry about the whole thing..

Service is always a challenge at this location. Been here 3 times and never had a flawless experience. Long waits, bad servers, mediocre food. One time I saw a manager and a regional manager working harder than the entire crew trying to keep up with the demand. It appears that this location is either cursed or poorly managed. A meal here is a gamble and there is no jackpot…

I stopped here for the salad bar. The salad bar was limited but fresh. Wait staff seemed nice. I was the only customer in the whole restaurant; which was a little strange. I was a little turned off by the atmosphere. Seemed dark and very dated. Waiter told me they were about to get new menus and he expected the business to pick up. All in all, it’s a typical chain restaurant like Chili’s or Applebee’s. Food is ok.

Waitresses done the best she could and kept a smile on her face. It took forever to get food. It needs better management. They ( staff) were running around very chaotic. It really was not a good experience. Whom ever was in control ( management ) was totally not giving a damn or they would help their staff. I will not go back to this Ruby Tuesday.

Waitress was rude, baked potato cold, up charged for salad bar because waitress asked about second side when only one cane with meal. Manager didn’t take up charge off the bill but said he would be willing to bargain. Why should I bargain when they were wrong. Additionally, waitress complained out loud to manager and another waitress where I could hear and was dishonest about what happened. We eat at Ruby Tuesday’s at least once a month and never any problem. This was embarrassing anfi will not eat at this location ever again.
