Hi, on 6/01/2023, around lunch time I ordered a small pizza with everything on it. When I got home and looked at the pizza I was very disappointed to realize the pizza was not freshly cooked. After heating it up the pepperoni tasted spoil. When I removed some of the toppings I saw that there was old dry cheese and toppings under the added toppings. As a long time customer of Happy’s this is the second time I must complain about the product.

First they tell you 25 min wait, get there to p/u 5-7min earlier food was ready. The inside smelled horrible. When I questioned about the special that I was supposed to have they said it didn’t exist (silly to think all Happy’s were the same) so I spend 30+ for what was to have been 1 lb of wings and 1lb of rib tips…ok so I’m looking over that because I have a diabetic needing to eat. The tips had been reheated by adding heated BBQ sauce over it and the fries were cold and overcooked. The wings were from a chick not a chicken (may have been 10) overcooked and cold and the fries were colder and burnt. I called to inform them of that mess they had served and he the Mgr. Says I need to bring it back and they would give me a refund, normally that would be fine but I was almost on the west side and to go all the way back at gas prices was too much. He said until you bring it back I can’t give you a refund …Really I was not going to be back on that side for a long time he said that was the only way. I decided that I would write to corporate and I fed the squirrels and varmints. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is in the middle of a predominantly black area and feels as though it can serve food like that. I mean you know what you did with the order when you boxed it!!!! Buyer beware

I ordered a whole slab of ribs from this place. I called to let them know my ribs weren’t cooked completely. They replaced the order and e second order wasn’t cooked. Instead of sending that order back I decided to cook it more. As the ribs were cooking I had 4 tapeworms crawl out the meat.i called to warn the restaurant. I asked for nothing, I only wanted to warn them. The only response given was a nonchalant “oh I’m sorry about that”. PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT YOU WILL GET SICK. THANK GOD I DIDN’T EAT THE RIB. I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS.
