Thought over night about this review. So here goes. Yesterday had a craving for KFC. So I went. Drove up to speaker, started reading what I wanted EXACTLY as worded on the menu. The guy on the other end had no idea what I was ordering, I repeated it 2x, and added this is what your menu calls it. So I hear a female voice in background say ” I got this, thank you please pull up”.

The drive thru lady was very rude and sped me through my whole order. I was polite and she had an attitude. It seemed like she was snapping at me for ordering. Missing sauces that I asked for, no straws for drinks, sandwich didn’t have everything it was supposed to on it, and cold fries. Never going to this location again.

Very nice staff. Even the corporate maintenance guy was friendly. Food was delicious. I came at the tail end of a lunch rush which made a bit of a wait time. The staff was good at making sure I knew at what stage my order was at.

They have the BEST fries! So good! I love the crispy, flakey breading and they are always fresh every time I order them. The large size is a HUGE portion. Honestly two people could share them. I always get a large because they are just that good! Way better than the wedges they use to have in my opinion.

The cashier was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. Greeted us as we came in the door. We got a Nugget combo and Diablo spicy sandwich combo. The main dish was hot n fresh, but the fries were terrible. So cold and unedible. The dining area was dirty. The first booth had ants on the seat. So, of course, we chose a different area. This was approximately 2pm. The tables needed to be cleaned and seats wiped down.

It was Saturday April 15th at 11AM. I ordered a two piece, and asked if they could substitute a side order for the drink since I have diabetes and can’t drink sugary drinks, I have done this many times in the past. Waitress said “No. Policy does not allow”. I asked if I had to buy a drink with a two piece since I have diabetes. She said “Yes.. you have to buy the drink. That was their policy” I got discouraged and walked out. As I was walking out she shouted “That’s their Policy”. How ridiculous to force us to buy a drink when we don’t want one. I went down the street to the local BarBQ restaurant and they were glad to serve me a glass of water for no charge. How Ridiculous this interaction was. I will not be back to KFC if they force me to buy a drink even though I love their original recipe.

I went thrpugh drive thru today at Kfc on 74 in Dhelby NC. Tiffany was the young lady on the window and she was SUPERB! KIND HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL! My order was 100% CORRECT! AND MY FOOD DELICIOUS! THANK YOU KFC FOR HIRING TIFFANY. SHE MAKES KFC PROUD!

Had to wait on liver that was over cooked waiting on them too an didn’t get my Mac and cheese an went in they told me it be 35 to 45 mins I had to wait 15 mins an a other lady come wanting Mac and cheese an was told it would be 30mins before she could have it too .the management needs to do better about make food when it out .
