Why does a pizza place ask for a tip when there’s no where to even sit down you just go buy a pizza and leave? Little Caesar’s pays them a wage. Not every job has to ask the customer for tips period. Food is good but it’s a 1 star for me. You don’t see me tipping the gas station clerk or someone that works at Walmart. That is the dumbest thing ever. Little Caesar’s don’t ask us to tip your workers. Pay them more. Don’t ask us to tip them.

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy bread through the mobile app. My expected time for pick up was an hour and 13 mins later. 6 minutes after I ordered our pizza my husband walked in and picked up “hot and ready” exactly what I had ordered. So I called to cancel the mobile order. Mind you, there was still over an hour before my pick up time. The young lady I spoke to informed me that “I can’t cancel your order. There is nothing I can do…” Then she sat there in silence. I let her know that no one will be coming to pick that order up and I will be disputing the charges with my CC company. I have needed to cancel an order before, at a different location and they canceled it just fine. So either the employee was incompetent, or a lazy liar . I won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered $60 worth of pizza. Missing the stuffed pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. I returned to pick up the missing pizza or get a refund. But of course, closing shift was making it difficult claiming I couldn’t get my pizza nor a refund. I never had problems with this location until I came across rude night shift employees who made such a hassle trying to intimidate a customer by dramatically banging the pizza cutters against the table. Not trying to be difficult, I just simply wanted the pizza I paid for or my refund .

Despite being notified by text that .y order was ready…the pizza was not in the portal. I had to wait 20 minutes in my car with my 5 and 3 year old while they prepared my order. Very annoying. I don’t know if the pizza was taken by someone else…but regardless, it was not ideal. Also, the employees were unsympathetic and not at all in any rush to help.

I went there using the mobile order. I told an employee my name then waited then another ask for my name I say I’ve already been helped but they insist so I give them my name they ask about it. And then the lady manager threatens to have my order canceled if I ask one more time she tried being quiet but basically said it right in front of me. And when a third employee asked I just said I’d been helped and didn’t give my name. A bit of a bad look to threaten a customer when they’re right there. Anyway I won’t be going there again.

Wow what can I even say, this place is amazing, the manager named Jamiel is a wonderful young man and very helpful, when he said my pizza would be 10 min it came out in 7! I’m very impressed and love eating here!

Was having trouble with the app so I called my order in. Not these guys fault at all. I’ve never been to this location before, so I asked where they are located. I was told in the parking lot of Walmart. After a few minutes of driving around the parking lot I tried calling and got no answer. Online it says “inside the bird”. So I drove around the parking lot a couple more times looking for the bird. Still didn’t see it so I called again. No answer. I used google which showed me an 8 minute trip through standstill traffic. Just to find out that I could have stayed on the road I was on a few more blocks and would have been there probably 20 minutes sooner. I know that they didn’t cause the construction or the accident and if that was all that happened it wouldn’t have been too bad. When I walked inside no one was upfront a young man walked out of the bathroom and told someone to help me. I could hear a few people arguing about it. Makes you feel very welcome. I told them my name. My pizza was sitting on the counter not in the warmer that every other location I have been to uses. The box corner was open part way and when I put my hand on the bottom of the box there was no sign of warmth. It was completely cold when I checked it outside. Normally I would have had them remake it but was already a bit behind. The whole store came off as unprofessional and unsanitary. As long as they had to argue about who was going to help the counter one have them could have wiped the sauce off the counter that I stuck my hand in. I will never go to this location again. I’m glad the one by my house is better because I usually love little ceasers.

This place is pretty nice and is conveniently located on my way home. They have nice exterior decor and the wait times aren’t normally too long. The employees will normally have side conversations instead of making pizzas but it doesn’t seem to make the wait too much longer. The bathrooms seem to be closed almost all the time and the floors can be really sticky. The pizza is good and the employees are kind but I could definitely use some improvements in the future.

I’ve been ordering through the app for a year, and I’ve never once had my order placed in the pizza portal. The WHOLE REASON I order through the app is to be able to have already paid and come in and leave again quickly without waiting in line. Never once have I been able to do so. What a joke.
