Wife and I went for a casual dinner. The food and service were both above average but then we heard live music coming from the lounge. We ended up staying until the band quit playing. They were awesome and unexpected here in little old Estacada. If you get a chance to see the Radio Riots please do!

The whole experience was amazing. I found the restaurant because of a news feed on my phone and I’ve been looking for a good steakhouse outside of the big city. Definitely a 10/10 for everything and I will be coming back very soon. Oh and don’t forget about Plato, that little staff buddy made my Fiancée giggle like a kid which was much needed for her after the stresses of moving all week.

I usually love it here. They have a management change as posted on their sign. We had to ask for silverware only got forks no knives no spoons couldn’t cut the eggs benict. Food was cold when we got it. Still had no silverware. Had to get our own to go container. Toilet paper was hanging on the the stall door pee running down my leg to be able to reac it. We have come here for many years. Never have we been so disappointed. We have been coming here for many years. May not come back after today. Girls were on their phones while our food got cold in the kitchen.

EDIT**** ownership reached out after my initial review. They truly seem to care about what is going on and are sincerely vested in making it better. Gave it another shot and certain servers like Sarah are amazing and make it worth the trip. I would say it’s definitely still a work in progress but is much improved over the last visit.

I give food a 3 star and service a 5 because when I went there was literally one waitress. So while the food was a little on the cool side I don’t blame the service. She was awesome, and had so many tables to wait on. It was a Friday night at a pretty popular restaurant for Estacada. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope they try and fix staffing if possible. Other than that I had a great time, view of the river was beautiful, food was very tasty, prices were decent. Would recommend. Just felt bad for the waitress.

Came in today for lunch around 2 pm with my dad. Got a table with a nice view of the river. Service started. Placed order. Server did not come by table for another 15-20 for refills on drinks. Food finally came after about 20 minutes. There was one party of 10 and 1 or 2 people at other tables, so not sure why food took so long. Fries were cold, so they took the whole plate back to warm up, after about 10 minutes, food came back. Hamburger ordered medium rare but was well-cooked. Service was slow after that as well. We will not be back.

I can’t rate the food, because I haven’t eaten there yet. BUT I want to say, I think Plato is an excellent idea! It’s hard to find servers these days and if all Plato is doing is bring the food out, I just don’t see a problem with that. Keep tipping the waiter/waitress who is doing everything else for your. Theyre still working hard and they still deserve it!

We sat down at our table at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Our dinner, however, was not served until 7:32 and the restaurant was not very busy. But this was not the fault of our waitress as she was busting her tail the whole two hours. Props to her. My guess is that the two waitresses had to serve both meal and bar patrons; a tall order.

The view from our table was beautiful. The server was very personable and reasonably attentive. Food had several issues. Firstly, food took a good 20 mins to arrive. Supposedly a problem with kitchen equipment. Ordered ham with my eggs, expecting a slab of meat. I was served 2 thinly sliced pieces, thin like sandwich meat. Wife was not impressed with eggs Benedict.
