I went to wingstop earlier. I had an atrocious experience today. So after a long day of sweating and working hard, I went to wingstop. I ordered a 8 piece cajun combo. The order took several hours and there was only a handful of people in the building. When my order finally came after a long time, i opened up the box and saw 5 plain chicken nuggets. The chronically obese worker Isabella ruined my order and it took 30 more minutes. when they finally came, they were dry and with little sauce and seasoning. And don’t even get me started on the undercooked, unseasoned, stomach ruining fries. Also, my peers wings came with a bite taken from them which i assume was the worker Isabella. The worker Isabella also had an attitude when we wanted refunds/told her that she got our order wrong. Anyways, after that day ruining experience, i went home to a very ill stomach and would never go there again. I threw my food away it was that awful and i am Mexican i don’t waste anything. I threw away the awful wings and fries. Wingstop has just lost a loyal, frequent, happy customer. I will never go here again.

Warning! Don’t come here! Look at web and Yelp reviews, all negative reviews are true. Save your money and more importantly save your time. Managers and staff are lacking major intelligence and professionalism. Not only did I have to wait a lot the first time but I had to come back because I was handed the wrong order. Manager says it was on me to check because my name is the most common name. That’s service 101 how elementary are these peoples mentality. You hand out orders to anyone? And they put no receipt which is illegal. What kind of business is this? The other person was livid and everyone else in that place was waiting and complaining as well.

This is by far the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. The wait times here are over 40 minutes everytime. The staff is unapologetic and talks about personal lives at the counter. I’d think it was a reality TV show prank but the cameras never come. This place flat out sucks. Avoid at all costs.

Major lack of customer service! Warning! STAY AWAY! TONS of people waiting and complaining! DOORDASH stay away also! Read the bottom for the cherry on the cake. Special words from the general manager. Do not come here it is absolutely ridiculous in some way, either food is cold and the pieces are tiny, service is a joke, waiting time is absurd. Management check your employees out and level up your own skills. Owners, I’ll provide the exact time I was there to validate every statement I make. Thursday night April 13 I order online at approximately 755., I wait a while before I drive from the opposite side of Lodi around Woodbridge, get to the store and still wait a astronomical amount of time , and not once did it an employee acknowledge if I needed help, they gave me my order with no receipts stapled to the bag(manager acknowledges that they don’t do), no apologies for the long wait, I heard the person with the skateboard say that he had been waiting to get help for 10 minutes(was still there when I drove back the second time), a tall bald headed man waited on the wall for much longer than I did, all they(employees )did, was call out orders, and pretend that no one was there. Zero smiles, zero eye Contact, zero caring about their jobs or dealing with people., I wonder how they handle the food with that attitude. I’d much rather go to the store and make my own chicken in the timeframe that I waited on this food and I have a larger quantity and better quality minus the driving and waiting on piss, poor attitude.

Quick little update on the review I left Sunday, currently my 2 buddies that came with me Sunday are at home recovering from food poisoning from these wings, and have been throwing up and have had horrible stomach problems, they have parasitic worms from the chicken. they are borderline from going to the emergency room. Without a doubt “Isabella” cashier put something in our food, she also called me a b1tch when I confronted her about her terrible service Read me and my peirs 1 star review Sunday, DO NOT COME HERE.

The wings were too overcooked and dry. Extra extra crispy. The wings in the photos are supposed to be to different flavors. I can’t tell which are which. Tasteless. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Do yourself a favor and go over to Costco and buy their bags of wings and cook them in the microwave. Much better.
