Ordered bone out honey bbq wings tasted pretty good but 4 of them were so hard I couldn’t even chew them the mgr. was very polite about it and gave me a $10 credit for my next order and now that I’m thinking about it they cost $14 bucks oh well very nice and I’ll take it ………..

Prices are really unbelievable, an picked up the pizza instead of delivery, not good specials anymore. It’s a shame restaurants have ALL raised prices an they was high before this BULL GOING ON. Let’s just ALL raise prices, not a little but alot. The one PIZZA, Supreme that I ordered was fine, next time we make it at home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was charged but never received my order. Called store and was told they cannot do anything and given corporate number who also said there’s nothing they will do. Won’t replace my order or refund. Will never order from here again.

I was fairly early to pick up my pizza so I had to wait while it finished up. It was so hot and the odor in the lobby was so bad, I could barely stand to wait inside. While I was waiting, I witnessed an employee give an order to someone, then a DoorDasher came in to pick up another order, only for the employee to realize that he gave part of the DoorDashers order to the previous customer, who had already left. He then proceeded to call the person who he wrongfully gave it to, and asked them to bring it back. That is a huge no no when it comes to sanitary reasons. I will say, my pizza was correct though, as well as hot & fresh.

I’ve been going to this location for about ten years and can count on one hand how many hiccups I’ve had compared to every other Pizza Hut in town. And every time they’ve gone above and beyond to correct it. The scene in a Goofy movie where Max and PJ are eating the pizza, that’s what I think of every time I eat here. Super cheesy and near perfect every time. 12/10 cannot recommend them enough

My order arrived all slid to one side of the box, barely any sauce on the wings, sauce packets sitting directly on top of pizza… overall the order was a mess. I called the store and was told they could remake it only if I drove the order back to them, or they could issue a $10 credit. Neither of these was a satisfactory outcome for me. This would need to be made right before I would consider a favorable review for the store.
