Got my food around 4 o’clock and it was absolutely disgusting! Honey walnut shrimp looks and tastes like it’s been sitting for hours and the sesame chicken was so dried up with barely any sauce on it! Worst Panda Express I’ve ever had! At least the noodles were good but had to throw the rest out. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs!

Pray, permit me to expound my gustatory preferences with regard to the culinary establishment known as Panda Express, for it is with no small measure of pleasure that I must declare my affinity for the epicurean delights that are to be had therein. In point of fact, I find myself inordinately fond of this particular restaurant, owing to its delectable offerings, which I deem to be of superlative quality and exceedingly scrumptious flavor, and which consistently satisfy my discerning palate with their exquisite fusion of Chinese and American culinary traditions. Indeed, it is my considered opinion that the gustatory experience of dining at Panda Express is one of the most sublime and delightful pleasures that one might hope to indulge in, and it is with great enthusiasm that I commend this establishment to all who possess an appreciation for the finer things in life.

Way too much cabbage in the noodles. I asked to just try and avoid the large areas of cabbage when they were getting my food. Her reply was “We can’t do that, the food comes the way it is.” Fast forward to today, sitting here at another Panda Express, literally no cabbage in the noodles. I’m giving them a 5 star rating.

The place was so noisy from the workers we couldn’t even hear the girl taking our order. Almost all the tables were dirty. The food was so so for the price. What a mistake we made going there for supper. It was a very bad eating experience.

Food is always good. The staff was hustling for sure. The dining room could use a good clean but they were busy serving customers so I get it!

This establishment needs to have some inservices on customer service and the proper way to do business because it is severly lacking in both. My husband and I went to eat but had some questions. Before I even finished my question, the drive thru person cut me off and attempted to rattle off my answer in such a fashion that we didn’t catch or understand anything said. A simple ‘I’ll be with you in a moment’ would have been just fine. When I finally got around to asking my question again, I was met with an attitude. If you were in such a rush the first time because you were taking a drive thru order, don’t get bent out of shape when asked to focus on one customer or the other. You can’t give decent service, let alone good service, if you are not focused on the customer in front of you. Ultimately the drive thru person slammed her containers down and asked us to leave and refused serving us. We were very happy to oblige since the thought had already crossed my mind. We ended up going to the Chinese restaurant we really wanted to and got great food and service. If this is how they treat potential customers, and based on recent reviews, this place is in trouble. They were given one star because that’s the only way to leave a review.

We had to wait 7 minutes for the noodles, then went down the line and had to wait another 20 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. And the manager did not apologize or say anything, stayed in the back. There were several others that were disappointed along with drive thru customers that also left. Know they had to lose alot of money’s on that day. Bad management skills. This store is in Wentzville Missouri..

The food is rather like Cantonese. A bit Spicer in some dishes. Overall it is a fairly good deal for the price. They are quick to serve. Place is always quite clean.
