Food is decent/pricey. Only place around that delivers. However, we spent $40 after tax and tip on 2 BLT subs and when we opened them they were a mess. Looks like someone just threw stuff at the open sub and wrapped it up. The bread was cut all the way through and its impossible to pick up without everything falling all over. It wasnt made correctly either, but that was an easy fix. However navigating the mess is not.

I’ve gone to Paulanjos for about 20 years now. Pizza is pretty good as are the wings; but lately I’m not sure what’s going on with their prices/staff training. I order the same thing consistently and I’ve gotten a different price the last 4 times I’ve ordered (since the new year). I love supporting a local place like this, but there seems to be a big opportunity for them to ensure their staff is a bit more trained on policies, pricing, etc. Not trying to take a dig, it’s just very confusing as a customer when my order fluctuates by $5/$10 depending on who takes my order it seems.

I was only going to give 3 stars because our pepporoni pizza looked like it had no pepps on it but as my son started to eat it we noticed the pepps are under the bed of cheese. Hes enjoying it. Wish it wasnt so pricey or we would order more often. thanks again

Worst.pizza.EVER. Pizza came half sliced in 16th and the other half regular 8ths?? Cheap cheap cheap ingredients, but only the highest prices. Ordered the 10 piece boneless wings…they didn’t come with blue cheese Seems that’s standard here and you’d think they’d say “hey, would you like blue cheese with that?” East peasy, but no. Never would I ever will I ever order from here again.

Terrible service. The workers have ZERO personality and talk about the customers while they’re on the phone. Great people they have behind the counter. And not just that but they constantly mess up the orders because god knows what they’re doing back there. They also blame customer for their mistakes. Apparently I asked for lettuce on my salad… correct me if I’m wrong but salads are 98% lettuce right? Then why would I ask for lettuce on a salad. But I called and it’s my fault of course. Great place. Almost as bad at the other pizza shop in town right down the block.

My wife and I ordered bread bowl salads and fries. Best bread bowls we’ve had in a long time. Bowls were cooked just right and salads were fresh. Crispy seasoned fries were also excellent.

We are VERY disappointed in Paulanjos pizza in Mexico! We ordered a large pizza and wings, extra extra crispy. After picking up our order and got home to eat we discovered that our wings were not only put in a styrofoam container, inside a tied off plastic bag but also wrapped air right in Saran Wrap! “Not sure who’s bright idea that was”, but we ended up with flavored rubber on a bone that we couldn’t even eat. We called them immediately and explained what happened. After what seemed to be five minutes of attitude and denial that they could even slightly mess “anything up” they finally said they’d give us free wings to replace the ones they messed up which was fine and worked for us. Well about a week and a half later we called to place an order and get our replacement wings, and that’s when we were told that we have a credit for $5.00 off! Now I’m not sure where these people went to school but the last time I checked, a dozen of wings that I paid $14.00 dollars for and couldn’t eat isn’t going to be replaced with a $5.00 credit! After even talking with manager on duty and explaining what happened, we were still told “that’s all they could do”! “Definitely not all they could do, and we will never be ordering from them again! “

The food is good, but I called because when I got home I noticed they gave me a salad instead of a sub so I called and the guy told me that he took my order and knew I said salad and I said that I told him I wanted lettuce on it why would I ask for lettuce on a salad?! He said I would have to purchase it if I wanted one and I said no because that is what I wanted in the first place. He refused to make me one. Sometimes it’s not worth arguing with customers and just give them what they should have gotten if you want to keep customers coming back. This does not make me want to order from here again.

My favorite is the bread bowl salad with chicken. Crisp lettuce, onions, cheese and tomatoes served in a pizza dough bowl that’s great for dipping in honey mustard dressing. Service is friendly and food made to order so you know its fresh. Only reason for 4 stars is the outer appearance needs work. Just reflects on the landlord, not the food or servers.
