Horrible experience. We came through the drive thru, ordered our sandwiches. Mine was to be no mayo as I have a food allergy. When we got to the window and was handed our food, again I said the club has no mayo, right? I was assured it was correct. Drove home, opened sandwich, boom mayo on sandwich. Got back in the car with my husband, drove back, lobby was closed so we drove up to the window. Spent a few minutes knocking on window. A snotty blonde came to the window. My husband handed her the sandwich and said it has mayo. There was supposed to be no mayo as my wife has a food allergy. She immediately told us that she made the sandwich and that there was nothing wrong with and it didn’t have mayo on it. Never looked at it. She then slammed the window and a man came back with another sandwich and we asked for her name and he couldn’t disclose that information. Asked for a manager. He said he was one, but couldn’t disclose his name either and he didn’t seem to care about the situation. And the sandwich was still wrong. We used to eat Cousins once every week or so. Never again. Worst customer service. I would hope this is not how Cousins does business, but in today’s world they probably have to pick from the bottom of the barrel to even get workers.

If I could give 0 stars I would for this location based on my experience this afternoon. The staff mentioned their shortage, which is very stressful in the food industry right now, I understandably get it as im apart of this industry also. However quality of the product shouldnt have to be compromised as a result. Either the management at this location is absent or does not offer the adequate training needed to provide a quality sandwich. Very disappointed as Cousins is known in Wisconsin for its famous subs.

I gave this sub shop a 2 star rating as the staff was so friendly, warm and happy yet the sub on my first try will be my last! Bread reminded me of nice firm baquette roll..dry/hard and thin.. no soft gooey bread love JS! The Italian sandwich the most I could say was the provolone cheese was the best part. Limited lettuce over all weak sadly as you see the locations all around! I will not return..

The food is great and they don’t mess up very often. I have noticed in the past couple of months that some of the crew isn’t as nice as they used to be or maybe they have new crew members. The wait times are long especially through the drive thru but I totally understand why they are and it would be easier to accept the wait times if the crew were nicer, they don’t say anything like “it’s going to be just a bit” or “thank you for waiting” and it would be great if they gave you your sodas while you wait for your order. Like I said the food is great but the crew’s customer service skills are lacking.
