The door says 6:00 a.m. I was at the door around 7:15 a.m. yesterday and the door was still locked. my app reflects the same hours as what is on the door; the hours are clearly wrong. Be aware of this when you’re ordering with your app as only the drive-thru is open that early in the morning. I am hoping that management will fix this issue.

Came in from California on a Sunday. There wasn’t much opened on a Sunday. McDonald’s was open and it came in clutch. Definitely recommend as a spot to visit when in Delta Utah

I DONT RECOMMEND. i went through the drive thru and i had told the worker to give me a moment and he said back under his breath “damn bro chill” and overall had much attitude and really disrespectful toward me and my lady. i asked to talk fo the manager and he had been ignoring me over and over, once i was able to talk to a manager the manager did nothing except take me as a joke and laughed at every word i had said, she didn’t take me seriously at all and she was also really disrespectful. the drive thru worker was named cesar but i don’t recall the managers name.

It took 32 minutes to get the food. There were no tables indoors and we had to sit in the play area with a bunch of noisy kids. They didn’t give us our soda cups and it took several minutes to get them. Bathrooms were dirty.

Came in and ordered food. When they gave it to us we sat down and started eating. The within a minute or two, a female employee told us that they are closed and we have to leave right now. Before we could even gather our food to go, they turned the lights out on us. Very rude. We happily would have taken our food to go, there was no need to be so rude about it.

Easily the worst McDonald’s service I’ve experienced. The employees and manager are very unprofessional and rude. We were the only ones in the drive thru line and they gave us the wrong order. We finally got the right order and they shorted us one item so we had to drive back. The orange juice is so watered down it’s disgusting. They were out of butter so the hot cakes were gross too. They seem to be the only fast food place in this small town so they must think they don’t have to keep things stocked and tasting good.

We had horribly thin burgers, so it was mostly bread, their kiosk gave us extra pickles and onions when none was selected, soda fountain was broken and exploded shooting carbonated water everywhere and then the nozzle proceeded to fall of into my cup, ended up walking out with my cloths partially wet, service was lack luster and proceeded to forgot out our oreo Mc flurrie. Talked to the manager and proceeded to tell us that they will be charging us for more for less of a product. McDonalds should quit the business because that’s just unacceptable.

I went into McDonald’s this morning. On my way to work within a hurry. There was absolutely zero cut first sitting at the drive-through window for 10 minutes and she kept saying she could not take our order to busy with customers inside so she lied she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. did not care about the customer what’s so Ever when I asked to speak to a manager she got informed me that she is Manager if that type of person that you put in charge of your establishment you guys should be embarrassed ashamed to work about four I have never dealt with such a rude Lady in my life and every single time every single time I have gone into that place and she has been there it is has been the worst experience I have ever encountered in a food establishment. You guys should really look into that.

I would give them a negative 10 if it were possible. After they got my order wrong twice in a row, the manager had the nerve to tell me to lose the attitude when they finally got it right. I have never seen a place with such a level of incompetence displayed by everyone there.
