I have never dealt with a less professional staff before. I go through the drive through to pick up an order and, without even asking for a name, they say “it’s not ready yet. Come inside”. I guess I can understand not wanting people to go through the drive through, but don’t lie to me.

McDonald’s has completely lost my family’s business after tonight’s Grubhub order. Everyone orders happy meals for the toys. No toys. My kids were heartbroken of course. The crispy chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp and tiny. Probably in rancid oil. A patty on a bun with a single pickle. Do better. I hope I don’t get sick. Never again.

Updated Review: 06/24/23 – This location has gone downhill in terms of service. With an empty drive thru, no one in front of me, this Mcdonalds, took 12 minutes to fulfill an order of 2 soft drinks. While the employees were hanging out in the front talking, I was waiting forever for my drink. One employee finally checked the front and I was able to ask for my drinks. I have reduced this location to a 2 star. Management might want to manage at this location. I do not recommend this location if you are looking for fast food.

I don’t visit McDonald’s for personal preference, but after a long week of finals & pure exhaustion, my kids and I decided on none other than here. My poor daughter, already unenthusiastic, opened her burger to find a nice long hair sticking right out from the middle. We all completely lost our appetite. At least when I returned the burger for a refund, the manager was kind about it, and we all had a good laugh after. It was more of a reminder why we never eat here in the first place.

Went to McDonald’s at 7am (dining room hours) (Hiked 3.5 miles to get there with a backpack) Sliding door didn’t open. Only other door was locked. Went to drive thru to ask about it, no one answered. Went to the drive thru window and was ignored.

I went through the drive through to get breakfast. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McDuffin, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 2 hasbrowns and a spicy chicken patty. Now I have been to many McDonald’s including this one and ordered just the spicy chicken patty many times (I craved it when I was pregnant) but this time the woman manager said she could NOT sell me just the spicy patty. Not only is this incorrect but when I asked why she could not give me a reason and just walked away. That’s ridiculous. What if people don’t want the bun/biscuit/muffin? Guess I won’t be going to this location again.

All McDonalds are the same right! The food might all taste the same but the building and the employees are way different. This location is always clean, in fact they have a person just cleaning the place every time I have been there. They are courteous and efficient. Go see them and if you have small children your in luck because they have an inside play area that they will love. So while your eating all your kids fries you won’t be caught. Let us know what your experience was like.

The cashier was sweet even after dealing with a snappy customer. This McDonalds is out of the way for us but my 2 boys were wanting a new playplace and fries for their good day treat. The place is as clean as most McDonalds-womens bathroom was clean always a plus..a booth in the play area needs repair. We got our food..which consisted of lots of fries. They were hot and yummy. I’m a little grossed out by the buttermilk chicken i got. It had a big blob of fried fat attached. While im aware fat comes on chicken, i wouldve upchucked had i ate it- I had to tear it off. The tomatoes were small and the ends of a tomato. Those came off as well. Chicken nuggets dry. Ice cream cones always a hit. Over all the experience was okay I dont like having to pick apart my meal due to being uneasy..they do birthday package for the kids in the play place, if anyone was interested. Another uneasy feeling..they blocked the emergency exit.
