I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha Latte and Everything Bagel with toasted with butter and cream cheese. The latte did not taste like Peppermint. When I told the guy at the drive tru window he said that he would add two pumps of Peppermint syrup. An employee said to the to tell me that it costs .10 cents for extra syrup. They were out of Everything bagel and the guy did not tell me until after I paid and asked me if Plain bagel was okay. Which I said yes. The bagel tasted like it was day old bagel and hardly any cream cheese. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EVEN THE MANAGERS ARE RUDE IF YOU COMPLAIN!! LATTE AND BAGEL WAS $9.00 THATS NOT CHEAP!!!

Totally terrible experience. Door is unlocked but the people told us they were only taking “Drive Through Orders”. Initially I wanted to ask “then why is the door open?” but I realized they were just children/teenagers looking to make money through the summer.

Nice new remodel – when I walked into the store I was the only customer – no one greeted me – said hello can I help you or anything – didn’t even acknowledge that I came into the store. I stood in front of the doughnut case for 2 minutes hoping someone would ask me what I’d like – I finally said to the woman behind the cash register I’d like to buy a dozen doughnuts – her reply was “you picken them yourself?” – this location obviously needs some customer service training – I will not return. 4-stars because they don’t have any peanut doughnuts. Coffee was good – but not so good I’d return to no customer service….

ordered a sausage wrap and received this. I guess I was expecting something different? tasted fine but almost $3. also ordered a small latte with toasted almond. I subbed for coconut milk which was an extra $1 (for an actual tablespoon of it) and they put 2 pumps of the almond flavoring in it making it completely overpowering. drank about half. this order was a regrettable $8.

Gotta love Dunkin. Donuts are consistent. Folks behind the counter provide the entertainment, and every Dunkin foyer/lobby/front area is always at least 30 degrees off from ambient.

Bad drive through service, waited in line for 10 minutes to oder after starting my order was told I can’t order donuts only drinks, was fine ordered 2 large hot chocolates. After being asked 4 more times what I wanted I told them again and again. Finally told me a price, waited in line for another 15 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me to get to the window and they haven’t even started my drinks and are asking me again what I ordered. So dysfunctional, poor management.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when I went through the drive thru. The lady taking my order kept on interrupting me as I was stating what I wanted. Kept messing up my order when I was saying my order. When at the pickup window noticed the coffee was stale and had the burnt flavour. When asked how fresh, the worker said it was brewed over an hour ago, this is no fresh. I had to return the coffees 4 times, as the warm coffee was served cold with the burnt flavour. Each time it was “being corrected” it was either cold or the wrong sizes. Out of frustration of the longest wait in a drive thru, we just gave up and parted with burnt coffee. It was about 20 minutes before we could place our order, then about 40 minutes at the window. the order was simple 2 medium iced coffees, one regular coffee, and one Americano. I am confused as to how this took so long. At one point, when explaining that the warm Americano was cold, the girl said she was done her shift and would let the guy know in the back. While I waited for my order I saw them making the same sandwich we tried to order for someone else after we were told they didn’t sell it at the time because it was the afternoon even though it said all day eats. They burnt the sandwich they made for the person and wrapped it up like it was normal. The inside had garbage all over the floor and it was overall the worst experience ever. I was on a time limit so I missed out on what I was supposed to do that day.

Worst experience ever, paid $13 for 50 donut hole and got 19 because they were out of powdered. I told them I had other varieties selected and they said they had plenty of them. They just did not put them in there. I told him I have to drive 15 miles to come back and he said he can’t get me a refund without coming there in person. He refused to reprint the receipt which I know they can do, I have done it. I said I’m not spending the gas money to return donut holes that should when I should have received the full order to begin with. He states well he has to pay for gas to come to work too. I told him I’m not coming there to get paid, I paid them for a service that I did NOT receive. It’s not my fault they did not fulfill l the order correctly now I’m expected to spend my gas money to fulfill and order we already should have received. How does this make sense? Then he said I have to bring the 19 donut holes I received back in order to receive a full refund because they don’t give out free food.
