We ordered the unagi don, yaki udon, and chicken/shrimp hibachi. They brought out the unagi don and hibachi at the same time (after we waited over half an hour) and the unagi don was cold. The rice was cold and the unagi was cold. When we asked, the waitress said “because it is sushi, so it is cold”. $25 for a small and cold scoop of rice? I have had a lot of unagi dons at various other places and it was never cold. She went back to ask and came back with a new reason that it got cold because they were waiting to bring all the food out together. Except they didn’t even bring out the yaki udon yet. They brought the dish back in and microwaved it for like a minute and brought it back to us. The yaki udon eventually came out when we were done eating the first 2 dishes. They apologized and said because tonight was busy, except, it was not. We will probably not be back. The unagi don was not worth $25. The wait was not worth it.

Great local spot for habachi or to dine. Good spot for large groups to dine. Food is prepped well and very tasty but my low rating is due to service. During our visit service was a bit slow leading to some of the food not being hot when served. The waitress was not friendly (although I saw others very friendly). I would recommend this place based on food but caution on service. I would try again to rule out bad night for service.

Always a great experience getting food from here. We ordered takeout for lunch before the winter storm. Everyone was happy with their order. Pick up time was prompt, which I appreciated. Food was very tasty! We were all full from our lunch.

I love this place and frequently get delivery and pickup from them. Eating in, the waitresses are kind if rude but the hostesses are always nice. Only complaint about the food is that the tuna is not very good at alllll. This is a big deal for a sushi restaurant. It smells and is definitely not fresh. I’ve tried it MANY different times but it never changes. The hibachi is great and cooked rolls too but the tuna is a no go, which sucks.

The first time I went, I had an amazing time. Food was tasty and fresh. The waitress (Amber) was ok. She may need a little sensitivity training when it comes to dealing with black people. But that’s just that one waitress. The rest of the staff was very nice. The host ( a white guy) was very nice. The second time I went, I had the same waitress from the first time I went and they mixed up my order and gave me a kids size portion as if I ordered a kids meal. I ordered an adult meal for myself and 3 kids meals for my kids but I guess when they communicated with the chef, he got confused. When I brought it to the waitress attention, she brought over the manager who tried to say I got what I ordered. When I disagreed, she got another manager and tried to make it seem like I was making trouble but I just wanted what I was paying for. The second manager then went to the kitchen and brought out some additional rice and shrimp but it looked and tasted as if it came out of the microwave. At that point, I just asked for the check, paid my bill and left. Overall, I’ll give them another chance, it’s a great kid friendly atmosphere. My kids love the Japanese soda. And the drinks are strong. The “Dragon bowl” is big. And the clear soup is the best I’ve had. The salad was fresh. 9/10

The food is excellent but the service is terrible, the waitress always tend to have an attitude when my husband or myself asked for extra napkins or more soy sauce. The atmosphere awful, there is not a welcome atmosphere like greeting customers when arrive, the waitress just walked to our table and asked “what do you want?” This is why i’m giving 4 stars to the food cause the chefs deserves the stars but the waitress (all of them) blah 1 star for bad customer service. I hope the owner read my review so he/she re-train the waitress staff to be more polite to customers

The waitress was so mean and with an attitude, at one point we were thinking to leave restaurant. Every time when we asked questions she was rolling her eyes. It’s unbelievable. I never felt so unwelcome. We will never go there again.
