The food was good and I like the vegetarian options. My friends and I dined in and had to clean the area before we could enjoy our food. The tables,&floor had food,napkins,&garbage all over them left from previous customers. The dirty eating area and the fact that I found a piece of beef in my vegan meal is definitely a turn off.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. The workers are beyond rude and disrespectful. The line was out the door and they were taking there time cutting up chicken and steak that didn’t even need to be. My friend asked one of the guys if the people in front of us were being helped and he said “Nah.” The girl was saying under her breath that she doesn’t feel like cursing anyone out right now and the other guy said he would do it for her. We walked out. Will never return.

Terrible management, slow and short staff, low quality workers. Over 10 people waiting at the mobile pickup order and management cannot lead to address the buildup. Watched a manager rip open mobile orders to take items out over 4 times, leaving ripped bags with crudely written names in sharpie on them.

This place needs to teach their workers about the importance of being clean when working with food. I was on line to order and a blonde guy who was obviously new to the job was making the food. He took the rice out to change it for a new one, and I watched him pull a slime covered moldy napkin out of the water underneath the pans. He DID NOT change his gloves and proceeded to touch the lettuce and the cheese with the same gloves after touching the nasty napkin. No wonder people are getting sick from this place. Will never be coming back here after witnessing that. You’re better off going to Taco Bell down the street.

Everyone needs a little Delivery every once and a while right well we did on Monday March 28th. 1st off the Food took 1 hr and 1/2 to be delivered when I was told it should take only 1/2 hr. 2nd the food arrived extremely cold and too top it off the bowls were half empty or maybe half full (See picture). I always enjoy some chipotle but this right here is absurd! I literally spent $81 on all my items and did not feel the Chipotle experience what so ever! I feel like this location is continuous lacking leadership… please help us help you! ♂️

I ordered an online order through the website for the Oceanside location. As I was eating the burrito I noticed there was a piece of hair stuck to it. At that moment, I could not find a customer service number so I went to the location directly. When I went to the store, I immediately asked the cashier named Tiana for the manager. She called over one of her coworkers who claimed he was the manager. I told him about my issue, which was I had hair stuck to my food. He didn’t even bother to look at the food with the piece of hair stuck to it. He says he can give me a refund of 12 dollars when I paid 15.50 dollars, not including the delivery and service fees. I told him I paid 15.50 for the same burrito that he only wants to give me 12 dollars back for. I wanted my FULL REFUND on the food. I was willing to lose out on the service and delivery fees. He proceeded to tell me he has a long line and I need to figure out what I would like to do. I did not want that location making another order for me! As the problem escalated, he still did not care about my concerns as the supposed “manager” and just kept telling me about the long line. I asked him for his name and he told me I don’t need it. If you’re a manager, why would you have an issue giving your first name out? As I’m walking out, he says “that’s why your order was not refunded anyways”. As a manager, this is not how the problem should’ve been assessed, especially when it’s not the customer’s fault. Hair in someone’s food is very unsanitary. The customer service at this location is terrible and I will never give chipotle another dollar from all the hassle I had to go through over someone else’s hair being in my food. The employees should wear hair nets to eliminate this issue.

I placed my order in my app, at 7:00 pm I arrived to pick up at 7:09 pm and my order was still not ready, they delivered the order at 7:18 pm, when I opened my order it is 60 percent of food and even more lacking average ingredients compared to other places. I did not like the service and the delay at all
