Don’t eat here if you don’t like mold? I had this pizza delivered and once I baked it I noticed mold on the crust. I immediately called so they could inspect their dough and they brushed me off and told me it’s impossible but I could bring it by if I wanted to. I brought the pizza to them and showed them and while they admitted it did “look like mold” there is no way it could be mold because of all the chemicals in their dough and it was probably just marker??? For one what kind of chemicals are they putting in here that makes it mold proof and for two it was absolutely shocking how unconcerned they were by the whole thing. The lady working there told me she had never seen moldy dough before even as I was showing it to her. They offered me $5 off my next order…. Unbelievable will not be back and I can’t recommend anyone eats here since the staff is unable to recognize mold or provide any level of acceptable customer service.

If it wasn’t for the chicken bacon artichoke pizza of theirs I’d stop going here, the price has risen considerably and their pizza quality doesn’t justify the price, I’d take a $7 pizza from 711

Usually this location is fantastic, but lately it’s gone slightly downhill. I suspect it’s due to the pandemic, because they just look sort staffed. I ordered and paid on the app, so it said my pizza was going to be ready at 6pm. I showed up at that time and had to follow pandemic protocols (expected), but when I finally got in at 6:05pm, the person at the counter couldn’t find my order. I said multiple times that I’d ordered on the app and repeated my name a dozen times, and finally he found it in the back – they hadn’t even started it yet. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it, and had to stand outside in the cold. The pizza quality was still just as high as always and it still tasted great! Just don’t expect it to be quick, that’s all.

Terrible service at this location. Been here multiple times and they consistently are slow and not prepared. Went in at 6pm and walked out at 6:50 for just 2 pizzas. I could understand, maybe if they actually cooked my pizzas, but all they do is prep it. More than enough employees working, but only two actually prepping pizzas. The manager seemed to want to yell and act tough to the employees because his girlfriend was waiting for a pizza as well, but even he took time to talk to her instead of work. If it weren’t for the coupon I had, I wouldn’t have even come in. To top it off, our pizzas tasted horrible. Don’t bother getting the stuffed pizza, all it is is dough with more dough piled on top. I struggled to even finish this, and for 14 bucks it’s a complete rip off. Won’t be coming back

Never been. Had a 6 year punch card I got from my mom that they still honored. Absolutely delicious pizza. Great crust btw (original). Highly recommend the take and bake route

We used to like this Papa Murphy’s, but this location is so poorly managed that it has gone down hill pretty far. The place is usually a mess, and questionable sanitary visuals are a turnoff. Not to mention the occasional unprofessional employee drama while waiting for pizza’s, and to many order screw-ups. Seems that poorly trained and overworked minimal staff are partly to blame. Whoever owns this place really needs to step up and make some serious changes… It’s close to our house so I wish it would improve. Local businesses can’t afford to alienate the locals, since they are the only customer base. If this were in a tourist town it probably not matter, as many customers would be one time tourist visitors who won’t be back anyhow.

Can’t believe I am writing a review about a pizza place, but the Woodinville location is by far the worst run business I’ve ever seen in my life. I have continued to order pizza here as I do truly love papa murphys, and it’s close to my house, but because of the incredible poor management, I can never enjoy it anymore. If you want to order at this location, call an hour ahead, and then expect to wait another 45 minutes! I know this because it has happened on numerous occasions, not just once or twice. That is if you can even get through, when they get too busy they take their phones off the hook, sometimes it takes an hour to even get through, after being hung up multiple times. Order online? It appears that is also a joke, as I have witnessed those orders getting ignored with my hours I’ve spent waiting. Again, can’t believe I’m leaving a review on a pizza place, but if there is any other location to use, do it. You will save time and frustration, and will be able to enjoy your pizza must sooner.

The go to place for my family. They’re fairly reliable, good food, and really easy to get to. The staff there is usually pretty friendly, but watch out, on Friday evenings it becomes a freaking zoo. If you’re getting pizza Friday, I suggest calling ahead at like 3 or 4, or better yet, doing an online order so you don’t have to wait in line to pay.

Online order – wrong twice in one order. Ordered 2 pizza’s online at 6:15 pm for 7:00 pm pickup. Had my son stop and pick it up on the way home. Apparently I should have told him all of the order details. The order was under his name – they said they couldn’t find it. He called me and I told him it was under his name. They said they made the pizza wrong and had to remake it while he was there. He got home with one pizza…I asked him where the other one was. I called the store and told them they only gave us one of the two pizzas. My son had to drive back down to the store to pick it up. Both of the pizzas were suppose to be thin crust…the 2nd pizza he went back for was on original crust. When I was on the phone with the store they re-printed the order…how do you get it so wrong two times when you know the customer is already upset? I have finally had too many problems with this store and I’m done. I will go to a different Papa Murphy’s at this point because their store management apparently does not care about training their employees in good customer service and quality management. Makes me wonder about the food quality given the number of times I’ve had bad service (late, not ready orders, etc.) Avoid this location if possible!!!

Fresh, made w/ the toppings you want & baked to the consistency you want. Pizza doesn’t get any better than that & Papa Murphy’s is as good as anyone at it. My only criticism is sometimes orders are not accurate in terms of the toppings & customers are erroneously given the wrong order. Also, the back area is visible to the public & can look harried & unorganized on occasion. Minor things that are not enough to keep me from returning.
