My brother invited my mom and I to eat at this restaurant. We were in for a surprise? First off, we walk upstairs under the sign that says entrance. When you get to the top you have the menu right in front of you go to your left and you place your order. We had some ribs, some brisket, some sausage so good. Then we ordered the nachos with brisket. Everything was delicious. I also can’t forget to mention their spicy sauces Especially their habanero.

If you haven’t gotten a chance to try this gem on your way up the mountains or coming back into town. It’s worth the stop especially after a day of riding mtb. I Tried the candied ribs with a side of the yummy chorizo sausage links that are to die for. Their homemade cherry chipotle bbq sauce is such a great compliment to the whole order. Great spot to chill and enjoy the views

Most BBQ is quite mediocre, not so at Seasoned Swine. From the presentation, the first bites, to licking the plate at the end, this place is the real deal. The flavors are thoughtful and the meat was universally tender, moist, and very very good. Some of if not the best burnt ends I’ve had anywhere, and the pulled pork was super moist and flavorful. The french beans were also outstanding! They make a cherry chipotle bbq sauce in house that was also extremely good. Combine all that with one of the best margaritas and strawberry daiquiris I’ve had anywhere and you have a destination-worthy hot spot! Thanks for a legit culinary experience, we’ll be back next weekend!

Nice inside with excellent service. Food is good with the best being the candied ribs which are not too sweet. Coleslaw is nice and light and the mac’n’cheese what not my taste but very well done. Everything was tasty.

Thrilled to find this spot near my new job. The burnt ends were the star of the show for sure. Candied ribs were excellent and a unique take on ribs compared to other bbq joints in Colorado we have tried. Sides were all solid – potato salad, vinegar coleslaw, and collard greens. Excited to try more of their menu next time. We also got the brisket tacos which was a cool option.
