So first time here and and overall service was okay nothing too crazy and it wasn’t as busy , I was introduced with a hello and if you look at a lot of the other reviews you can see that they haven’t had the best experience which again is understandable and doesn’t excuse that it should happen I’m just speaking on my own personal experience Well I probably come back again yeah Will my experience be the same Hope is willing but I’ll stay optimistic

No one answers the phone, then they say they don’t have a phone in store. But there is clearly a store number given when you place an order and the phone just rings. I could not cancel or delay my order in any way. When I got there, my “sunshine smoothie” was orange and I didn’t even taste banana or mango. I asked them why it’s orange when it’s clearly yellow in the picture. She tried to come up with an excuse, then asked if they can remake so I said yes and what I got was completely different from my first smoothie. It was correct that time. I ordered an edible straw and they said they were out. I had to ask for a refund. Then I open up my “flatbread” chipotle chicken sandwich and find a regular sandwich (see picture). Never again will I order here or any tropical smoothie for that matter

Great food! I like to get the club on flatbread and side of sweet potatoes. Although, I’d be careful eating smoothies often because they are fairly high in sugar at over 100g!

My family and i walked in and were pleasantly greeted with, “Do you know what you want yet?” We hadn’t even made it to the menu yet. Then we oder the food and get a banana for the kids meal and then no sandwich because they forgot to ring it up.. not sure who was in charge out of the untrained children running the store but someone needs to supervise these kids

This is by far the worst tropical smoothie! I’ve been waiting to write something cause i understand things happen. If you open at 7 and you have a line why stand there and look at the people at 7:30? Drive thru is always closed due to short staff yet when you go in it’s a crew of people in there on the phone, dancing, etc! The smoothies are watered down and when you express it, its like world war three with the attitude. I asked to speak with a manager and was passed around. The employees lack in standard customer service. If it was one or two times on i get it everyone has a bad day.. but it’s EVERY TIME

Ordered Carribbean wrap & smoothie through DoorDash. They put my wrap in someone else’s order so driver had to turn around to get the wrap. They remade *A* wrap but it was bland with just chicken, rice, 3 black beans, and a pinch of cheese. I ordered the wrap exactly like it comes. It was barely edible. The smoothie was separated by the time I got it and tasted like grit. Tried to call and never got a person, just got sent through to voicemail 4 times. Will never give this place my money nor time again. Avoid at all costs.

When you pay for service you expect to receive the items you paid for. I had a Baja Chicken wrap w no chicken like I’m vegan I looked at my order receipt like I know I did not order no meat. No one to train employees and no one to answer the phone so don’t go to this location save yourself friends. I ordered on door dash and they got all good ratings and no it’s not all good here someone has to do it.

I visit this location often and over the past few visits it’s one thing after the other. “Only serving smoothies” “Order was wrong” Today took the cake of all visits. My daughter and I entered and there was a couple being served while we waited. When it was my turn one of the crew members walks from where he was sitting/laughing with three other crew members comes to the register and tells me they are not taking any more orders because they need to get themselves together. I told him I waited in line and I would be placing my order. He repeated himself and we went back and forward when another crew member came up and said she would take my order. She took my order for two smoothies and made them when the manager and three other crew members sat on the counters on the side talking, laughing and playing on their phones. Three other crew members were in the back of the store working. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket and the owner needs to step in before these unprofessional kids ruin the business.

When you call they never pick up I was calling to let them know they messed up my order and everytime you come in no smile no greeting the manager and the employees always have a STANK face like they hate when someone approaches them as if they aren’t in customer service. The music is super loud when you walk in which explains why they can’t hear the phone ring. The environment is super AWKWARD. If aren’t friendly you shouldn’t be working here just saying smile a lil and be apologetic when you guys mess things up instead of just staring at the paying customer like we did something.
