I’ve been there several times now. Food is good but sometimes you’re made to wait up to 5 minutes while they cook more. Seems like they would start cooking more sooner when they see their products being sold so quickly instead of making 4 to 6 customers at a time stand off in a corner waiting for the food they want.

I’m a fan of plates which is good for the price( 10 something); shrimp and beef are 1.25 on top of bawl price. IAN serve people friendly. Totally every thing is a kinda sweet which I’m not a fan. I go there again and chose spicy one this time, just wanna say it’s more than spicy, too hot to me.

Not happy with cashier, last night around 5:30 PM, bill came to 11 dollars and change, wife gave cashier 21 dollars and change expecting 10 dollars back. Cashier gave her 9 dollars and when questioned, she said that the 1 dollar and change was her tip. Tip jar was available if my wife planned on tipping.

We ordered ahead online and when we arrived the store was packed and only one person was serving customers for a while until finally somebody helped. Even though we ordered ahead we were the last ones to receive our food 20 min later than supposed. Not sure what the express stands for. The store manager Silvia was very much not interested when I tried talking to her and didn’t even attempt to make it better. It’s just unbelievable bad customer service and it’s not the first time that happened. Also the orange chicken tasted burned and that was also visible.
