Wendy’s does their grilled chicken right; juicy in a lettuce wrap with tomatoes and pickles! Always get their large diet lemonade. Chili baked potato is delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate frosty to dip your nuggets and fries in!

We just went through the drive thru at this location, took 19 minutes and we were the only car in the drive thru at 7:15 pm. The employee dropped our Frostys on the counter and the tops came off and she still served them to us with ice cream all over them. When we got back to our hotel room, literally right next door our fries were cold and the bacon on our sandwiches were burnt. We ordered 5 biggie bags and all of them had burnt bacon and cold fries. See the pics. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Keep driving and don’t stop at this location.

Filled our drinks up with way too much ice and took forever to give us our food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich with bacon and there was no bacon. We were in a hurry so I went to go inside and ask for a replacement but the door was locked (at 11:30 AM??). We just left because the drive thru was full. Don’t come here.

Horrible experience. Recently went to this Wendy’s and was discussed. There were dead grasshoppers inside the establishment. Employees picking things up off the floor and then handling food without washing their hands. Cleaning trays with a spray bottle with no regard to how close they were cleaning to the food that was being served. The chicken nuggets were soggy and not well cooked. To top it off the negative attitude of each employee towards customers and each other was atrocious. With so many options near by, pick somewhere else, anywhere else!

This was the last chance I gave to Wendy’s. I ordered the new Ghost pepper chicken sandwich. When I got my meal, the sandwich was missing the fried onions and the ranch was definitely not the ghost pepper variant. It wasn’t very good even as is. The staff were really dismissive and unwelcoming. They didn’t confirm my order before charging me and one employee was complaining about her job right in front of me. Very unprofessional. I didn’t receive a receipt for my order, nor was I offered one. This, I cannot submit feedback directly to Wendy’s. Very unfortunate. I will be spending my $12 elsewhere.

Store says they close at 12 am. Came to the drive through at 11pm and sat for 10 minutes at the mic. Drove to the window and saw 3 employees standing around talking who refused to acknowledge me through the window. If something comes up, I understand, but at least put up a sign or something to let people know that you are unable to take orders.

Every time I go to this location, the service is terrible, and they either mess up my order or my food is less than satisfactory for a Wendy’s or both. The last time I went, the person taking the order seemed very distracted, and they didn’t even ask if I wanted sauce, so I told them I wanted some and what I wanted and they didn’t even give me any sauce. They also didn’t honour the frosty key tag and they didn’t even give me a receipt. And on top of all of that I found a hair on my barely warm food. Worst Wendy’s out there, save yourself the waste of time and money and go to a different Wendy’s in the area.

I can’t believe what I witnessed at this location. A female manager verbally abuses her employees and some of the employees/manager treat new employees horribly. I don’t know their names, but there are two blond girls who are currently working there and were extremely rude. Do not support this Wendy’s location!! And if you are one of these bullies who work here, stop taking your anger out on others just because you hate your life!
