The food arrived hot and freshly prepared. Inside the restaurant seemed clean and had lots of room for dining. The staff person behind the counter proved helpful, even when using the app to assist in the order.

Drive through times can be a long wait but what place isn’t, went through and they forgot one of my sandwiches. Called the store when I got home and realized. They can’t do anything over the phone but told me to bring my receipt and they would give me a replacement. Splurged and got Arby’s two days in a row in order to get my replacement sandwich. Called ahead and got the sandwich added to a mobile order that I was picking up. Someone came in and stole the order so when I arrived they had to remake the entire thing. Manager was super relaxed during the whole situation though. They may forget your items so just check your bag before you leave but if they do they replace the items in store no questions asked.

So I have been to this location a few times over the years and it has gotten progressively worse. From long wait times to food, to the lobby shutting down. Once, was due to a thorough cleaning; based on the smell due to something sanitary that was a high priority which I respect on their part. But typically there is some sort of signage that the lobby is closed. I went in at 8pm tonight and the lobby was closed, in fact it looked like the whole building was closed but no reason why.

The waygu burgers have way too much fake cheese sauce. It drowns the actual flavor of the burger and is a sloppy mess. End up needing a bit to avoid soiling your shirt. Not the staff’s fault. That is a national chain issue.

I was told I would be getting fresh chicken on my sandwiches, I didn’t ask. They were NOT fresh. The lettuce was wilted and there was no tomato on the sandwich which is pictured in the advertisement. It will be sometime before I return, if I do.

Find another Arby’s! Customer “service” when they get around to it. Mostly jawing at each other. One so loud it’ll make your head hurt (seriously). Food WAY below par too. Poured out the barely warm fries for reheating and half were curly fries not the crinkled I ordered. Facility and restrooms were FILTHY. What a miserable experience.
